Accumulator is a pressure storage reservoir that utilitizes external mechanical energy from either the engine, raised weight or spring to move it around

Hi bro I like all your video,I just wanna ask about window on the food trailer?it must be two window are aloud ?I have 36x53 and I have only one window on my trailer
I've seen most of these videos and since starting my own trailer build, I've realized that Chicago is WAAAAYYYY easy on the regulations compared to Washington State. I gotta have a GFCI on any outlet within 6 feet of a sink counter or servicing a food prep counter. You got an unprotected outlet directly beneath your sink! I had to invest over $600 for a water heater that's rated to pass inspection AND it must installed with a pressure relief valve. I ended up doing my panel on the exterior because it can't be obstructed by anything under it or on the sides. Good job though, but it would never pass here.
Yes crazy how every county changes, some are even more lenient than us here, to make it a GFCI its pretty simple I could add a GFCI breaker to the panel or just swap out the outlet. The panel one that kinda stink putting it outside but they make them so thats good
@@fbaltierrez Putting it outside using water tight connects and conduit actually made it faster to install everything. They made me use 12/2 mc cable for all the interior circuits. It's also a requirement here to vent your plumbing with a 1 1/2 pipe through the roof.
I'm in Washington and I've been doing research on the L&I requirements and brooo, it discouraged me so quick! LMAO If you or you know anyone willing to help me put together a trailer, I would appreciate it. You're from WA, so how much do you think it would cost to put together a trailer if the food I'm making requires a 3 bay deep fryer, griddle, and fridge?
Well done! I seriously want to do this exactly like you did. Final cost I know you have talked about, but what would you charge a client if you made it to sell? Thanks for all of the hard work to share your wisdom and knowledge!
Really enjoying your videos. Quite impressive! I have a question Frank. What is the best way to know the regulations for every County? Is there a way to have a Food truck that can pass all kinds of regulations?
Unfortunately there is no one website that lists them all. BUT there are a lot of companies that all they do is build food trucks, so I would imagine they have a lot of knowledge on many states and counties regulations. Might be worth googling some of those companies and giving them a call. Otherwise your best bet is to manually search counties and states retail food codes that you think are very strict and building your food truck to those specs.
On plumbing I have no idea I have never hired a plumber and don't know what they would charge for something like this. But let's say I did the electric for you hypothetically. I would charge like 1,500 something like that roughly
This is amazing! I want a cupcake trailer. I would prep in a kitchen and just distribute in the trailer. I'm thinking I would only need bakers carts, counter space, storage, cooling. Is it worth getting a trailer for this?
Where did you get your stainless steel for your walls .... I just ordered our 2nd hood from hood mart and they sell stainless for cheap . 6ft and all pieces for less then 300 . its like 145 for a 4x8 sheet .
