Hey that totally depends on your preferences. If you want to see green grasslands then this is a good time and if you want to see snow then december to january is the best time. If you’re going with a travel community then you need not worry about all this.
However, if you’re going on your own then you need to take a permit from Raithal village and honestly i am not sure about the guide.

Thankyou soo much brother! Aap ye trek do din mein poore kar skate ho. Ek din raithal se chalkar gui village pohoche, dusre din gui se dayara top aur fir wapis Gui. Last day Gui se neeche Raithal wapis. Dehradun se raithal tak pohochen mein apko 12-15 ghante ka safar tay krna hoga. Thankyou so much for the support😄😍
