Been using excitel fiber 300 mbps for past 2 years in west delhi i barely got any issues in these years i got connectivity issues 2-3 times the issue as you said is with service provider not with excitel and yeah they need to monitor thier dealers but for me its been working great.
Excitel is fraud company they stop my 1 year plan in 3 months by saying you are using it for corporate usage wtf I shifted to act Fibernet it’s 1000 times better 3300 gb data limit I get per month in excitel there is 300 gb limit lol after that they will disconnect your internet for proof ask sales team they will give very limited data
I am using BSNL broadband and it is really good the speed of internet is above 50 mbps....which is really good for me

Correct, abhi 2 din se piche pada hu abhi Tak internet connection ni Diya. Paise tho advance m leliye full paid aur extra service charge bhi Dene ko kaha. Vo bhi de Diya pr ab Tak connection ni lagaya. Police complain se kuch kaam banega kya?
I am using Excitel Broadband for almost 2 years now and I am completely satisfied with their services and charges. Earlier I had connection of Digital World which was completely worthless.

I am totally disappointed with the excitel too. After many/continuous disconnections and no solution for weeks, I decided to go back to ACT. ( I changed to excitel in the first place because of the price difference. Now I regret that)

Yes.. I also have the same issue. Network connectivity issue by wire broken since 30 - 35 days after renewing plan of 2nd day. Called many times to support and they are manipulating the things and said to escalating the issue to the priority. Every times they fool and some times same support person talks in two voices one is as technician executive and one is as senior manager. Sometimes I called my local provider ground team., They were mis behaving on that time. And I said about to complaint to senior staff and they said please do whatever you want. So the ground person too rude.. It's request plz do not go with the exitel.

Mere pas bhi excitel h . Jab bhi problem aati h unki app aur call centre bekaar hai. Mera technician acha hai voh help krdeta hai hamesha.That technician is genuinely helpful and good.and just because of him mai excitel nhi chord rha vrna chord deta. Aur i agree network mai dikkat araam se aajata hai.

If you have a local operator for Excitel then Internet service will be good. I also had some fear before my Excital broadband connection when I saw reviews but now I am very happy with it. Sometimes problem happens but local guy solve the problem in just 2 to 3 hours. I taken connection directly with local operator and he preferred for Excitel.

Well I am using Excitel since last 3 years, whenever there is a network issue, I just raised a ticket and the problem gets resolved within 24hrs max to max. And the ticket opened is also supposed to be closed in 24 hr, i don't think that your service provider can just keep avoiding the complainant. Anyway, as you said, maybe the problem is with your local ips only.
I use tata sky fiber and its very good.Sometimes the internet gets down but but it gets back quickly and their service is very good. My fibre wire got bend and they send their executives in 2hours after complaint.....i love it.

That's why I move to ACT fibernet from exictel.....very happy not a single second internet is down. Using from last 1 yr.
Have been using excitel for the past 1 YR totally satisfied I did face so many difficulties for straight two weeks straight but after that it's good 👌

local excited provider switches off their phone once they in know internet is down rather than fixing the internet, it takes atleast 1-2 days to fix the internet always , internet is off atleast once or twice a month , you raise a ticket they dont know anything, you call them they dont even have the procedure of getting manager or. Even call the vendor , worst broadband provider been using it for 2-3 yrs suffering because of monopoly
Yes you are right I am also excitel subscriber This happens every week mostly on weekends and sometimes it took 24 hours to resolve problems.

Ye problem aaj kal sab small providers me a rahi hai. Mere saath bhi aisa he hua Timbl broadband me. Kitni ticket raise kari, kitne logo ko call kia, emails kia, customer care par baat Kari lekin koi response nahi. Absolutely no response.
well personally, i have used excitel for months, i have the 100 mbps plan and never get speeds less than that..
the net falls down for a total of 5-6 hours/ month and thats acceptable

Same happened to me they took ₹6000 rupees but no one listen to customer infact their customer care put blames on the customer that document not uploading the documents . Its been 5 days they charge tax issued wrong tax invoice but didn't mention gstin intentionally to evade taxes
Last week for nearly 5 days I didn't have internet and after so many calls and messages they resolved the issue. In 100mbps I didn't get that 100mbps speed I got which I get in 50mbps
I am facing same issue last 52 days. 2 month only 2 days use internet don't resolve my net problem so many calls and massage not reply.

Sir, please talk about Zoomcar fraud. They are not refunding the Security deposit/Cancelled Booking amount. We (around 60+ people) have also raised the complaint in NCH. Their none of the Customer care number is working for many of the users.

I saw the sales advertisers near my area, contacted the customer care and a person came to collect the money..
After one week there is no response, after returning from college, before taking my shoe off, first thing i used to do is to call the customer care, this continued for almost a month, i kept on calling them and they kept on listening. and finally the installation has over and have been using the excitel since 3 years. kinda tragic story..lol

The same type of thing happened with me also but with different operator which is wishnet which is handled with local service provider not the company employees.
I am facing a similar kind of problem from BSNL broadband. Its been last year November BSNL persons given layed their cable. But they have not started the Internet. All payments has been done. Anytime we call their representatives either they do not pick up the call or if I call them from a new number they pick up the call and tell that it will be started by tomorrow. I am from a small village in Odisha😭.

Mene 6000 Rs ka yearly plan liya thaa...Exitel ka..3.5 months he chala phir Vhan se msg ata hai...Apke service provider ne switch kr liya hai...Ab hum Service nhi de payenge...25 din ho gaye hai...net nahi chal ra hai.. plan k Refund k liye Ticket bhi daal di hai...ab tak Refund nhi Aya hai...

I am using exicel from last one year and I am not having any issue with this service provider. Sometimes it happen that they are not able to give response on time because they are expanding at different locations but it was quite satisfied by using this.

They are not refunding my amount. Since my connection on 20/10/2021 it's not working continue frequent disconnection is happening and My students are loosing faith on me because of no classes.

Same thing is happening with Bharat Fiber of BSNL where they are using local service provider/ agents to distribute connections to the end customer. The local agents/ vendors have tie-ups with some other small providers and are not listening to BSNL subscribers in case they face any issue. In this way the customer gets pissed off and they start suggesting them to go with the small providers who gives good incentives/commissions to these vendors. This is giving nightmares to the BSNL Bharat Fiber users and a bad name to the company.

same problem was with me.. when I asked for the installation.. he asked me for some extra money.. and he said I will have to use cable and all. Company won't be providing me everything I'll have to use of my own.
And according to company there is totally free installation.😒

I have also been facing issue with Excitel and I have also made payment of approx Rs. 6300 in Jun-24 and now from past 4 days, my internet is down. Despite complaining multiple times, no resolution so far. Completely fed up now.

My service provider was also excitel. Samething happened with me but I was not provided any user ID etc. Same thing with the service provider. He sent the sales person first after that he came on his own and said he will install same plan at a much discounted price that too from excitel just tell the excitel person that you are not interested anymore he told me he's giving me excitel internet but on checking I was running on ip address of excitel but company doesn't have any of my details and my internet worked only for 2-3 days I still have all the screen shots I paid for 1 yr and didn't received any refund and he shamelessly sent his person disconnect the connection with out my permission I still have all the Installation wiring and modem.as well. I mailed there marketing head, owner, director, linked in no reply. No refund as yet since last december.
I am from Rohtak Haryana and suffering the same issues, Unfortunately I had also bought their 6 months plan. Excitel is worse. Literally.

With all that they also have security issue and i am suffering . Some one( hackers) using my wifi at my end i did all mac filter and strong password but hacker still no effect and when i complain somany time to customer care they said just we cant do any thing u have to solve at ur end.
And i want to said that if some one do criminal activity with wifi mac adress than who is responsible.
Bro reset ur router and then blacklist the person...if it doesn't work use another router from a different device (phone) and set it up then go and change the login password (different from the wifi password commonly admin) to a very strong ones and then the hacker won't be able to access it.Also try blacklisting the hacker and generate password using password generator copy and paste it and then use it to blacklist him.
Bro I have Same Broadband connection . I am totally happy with connection.
I am also using Excitel. But it's working fine.

Another problem is that they call 25-30 times in a day to remind you have to renew. I clearly told them I want to discontinue and it was 5 months ago. They have put my number in machine calling and after every 30 mins i get call. Shameless people.
Same thing is happening with me... Let's file a consumer complaint regarding this on consumer forum

I wanted to have a internet connection during the starting of lockdown and i called them they didn't responded after 3 days they called me back ( remember after 3 days they responded) then i said ok come at 6 but didn't came i called him back he didn't pick up and haven't responded again at that time i was annoyed and luckily at that time jio work from home was launched

I am using excitel from almost 3 years in these 3 years my service is down for only 5 to 6 days . Using 100 Mbps plan and speed is always on point .well I am happy with my local excitel provider ..almost every month he come to my home to know weather my internet is working fine or not . Well I am very happy with excitel .

Excitel is not suggestable for office use because it is not reliable

On 29 jan 2021 i upgraded my exictel services from 20mbps to 50 mbps.... but i got disasterous result ....Its highly disappointed with the services... Same thing happened to me as u guys facing .. i hv gone through many complaints and WhatsApp chats but no response... whn I asked for money back they stopped answering my phone..
