Does anyone know what kind of rattle this is? It’s place of origin, how it’s constructed?

Those are my rattles as I took the picture. They are from Peru. They are from a gourd and I believe they have seeds inside. I buy mine from a friend who lives near Cusco. You can find similar ones on the website shamans market.
