Asking permission to be in the energy of the earth is such a beautiful way to honor the earth.
What has been really helpful in release as well as give back, is listening to shamanic drumming. I have listened to all sorts of moving music. But drumming pulls me into myself so instantly. There are no words. Feels just like a vibration, like i'm speaking in silence to to whole of existence at home with everything. Beautiful.

Absolutely loved and felt it so deep when Sandra spoke about speaking to your local land. During the pandemic i spent most of my days outdoors by my apartment and I would sit and watched the leaves grow and flowers bloom. I would touch the ground and connect. I felt so secure just being there.

I once read: become like a lighthouse on a remote island. The purpose of a lighthouse is not to run around the island, shining all over the place. Because that would be of no use for those out on the dark and stormy seas. They'd get even more lost.
A lighthouse guides by standing knowingly and peacefully at its own place by the shores, shining it's unique light in the dark night for those out there in the storm looking for help to know where they're going
