Not going to lie you're really good at this, but I got a couple of tips for you. Did you know you can put your hand through doors to grab weapons? For example you can put your hand through the rail gun door to grab the rail gun. So you basically get an advantage in VR but I wouldn't recommend it because is someone saw you doing it you could get banned it's basically cheating just wanted to share that with you. 👍
Make sure you have a NVG equipped, then with your left or right controller, hold it behind your head then press the trigger and it should activate it, to deactivate it you do the same thing, hope this helps.
If you're on the meta quest, you grab and hold the item you want to drop from your inventory, then click B and you should drop the item, hope it works for you.
