My hair was super short when I looked for a braider I wanted someone from Africa that had “GOOD GRIP GAME” braiding since 3 yrs of age. It took me a while but baby she’s All that and some. She’s a braider! ❤

Girl you are good. You remind me of my cousin that lives in Brooklyn. She's very known in her area for doing all kinds of braids on hair like this. I once watch her do micros on a lady that hair was short all over like the back of this lady head. I remember saying to myself there's no way in hell she's going to be able to pick that hair up. Omgggg to my surprise that lady walk out with a head full of hair and it looked fabulous, just like your work. It was super neat.

'Like' a million times. Excellent time painstaking job well done you 👏👏👏 I know because 1. I have done micros on myself in the past and 2. My hair was exactly like this for 30 years...relaxer..broke...relaxer.....broke...until i went natural and discovered aloe and castor oil plus cantu shea leave in condition. My natural hair all over is now shoulder length and thick as! I believe this was not previously achievable due to a combination of relaxer on 4c hair and using bad products that blocked oils getting through to my hair shaft to preserve and moisturise giving stretch it between the rigid straight relaxed hair and my natural new growth, in between relaxers. You said you spoke privately re her short hair which i respect as can be cause by a multitude of reasons. I do hope she gets some good growth from this process. Keep up the good work.👍🏼👍🏼👌

No she needed a shape up first then it would of been much easier to see were to start braiding. When her hair slips in about two to three weeks those pieces will come right out with the knot. 😫😫🥲🥲 Great work tho!! 👏🏾

Normally with super kinky hair it doesn’t! Especially when adding a liquid. Our hair tends to shrink when moisture is added only securing it more ♥️

Hi, so do they stay braided because they're so small or do you do something else to them to keep from unraveling?
You dip the ends in hot water to keep them from unraveling.
@@Randomperson16-q4j that's with synthetic hair. This is human so the gel and mouse help to keep them intact

That’s how we did micro braids since I moved here in 2001, I remember trying to convince my sister African American to do box braids using synthetic hair….. they will be like it will cut there hair 😮, but now everyone doing braids with synthetic hair. But yeah Lady you are good 👍.

amazing job; i have a little thin area near my edges from a bad weave, would small, waist length braids damage it?
I had that same problem 4 mos ago if u cut the length a lil that's not as much weight on you edges and it allows for a lot of new growth to come in a make those edges full again
Girlfriend you got skills I wish you could do mine. My kitchen is just like hers with a little more length it happened when I was trying to trim the back of my neck myself and went up to high. I have sisterlocks and since then I've been trying to grow my hair back which it has but it won't lock 😒

1. Not sure depends on your hair but it wll definitely take a while if you have long and thick hair
3. Ive been told any prestreched hair works
4. If you do them micro size they can last for 3 months with upkeep
