Can't say I'm usually a fan of elaborately decorated instruments, but there's something very special about the looks of this one. Still manages to seem almost understated. Sounds a treat, too.
Very bright (almost too bright and springy for me) perhaps if it was mine haha 😂low G would suit it?. Beautiful instrument looks wise too. Still love the sound of my moon bird more though haven't played it often as I'm almost too scared I damage it.( Had an unfortunate accident with my tk6 and a music stand) I cried at that so can't imagine what I'd do if I damaged my moon bird. Anyhoo it's all subjective and personal taste as always. Be a boring world if everyone liked the same thing 😂 love the last tune you played Matt, what is it?
Yes, I think low G would be a good shout. Thankfully my scratched one soon found a new home so the memory of it could be removed from my presence! The last tune is a Warehouse of Thieves song called 'The Hookers of Galway' (hookers are a traditional type of boat, in case you were worried'. We're in the studio mid-Jan recording that one :)
@@WorldofUkes great, didn't think it would be around for long. Regarding the tune, thank you Matt will listen out for that becoming available next year.
@@WorldofUkes I put a low g on my Ohana TK6 and it sounds amazing, so warm and fuzzy haha well I'm not the best at describing sound but that's how it feels to me when playing it.

I loved listening to you play this Matt. Such a lovely sound and I think it looks lovely too. Thank you for sharing x
Thanks Matt, sounds so harp like, lovely sustain when picked. Got to love the aesthetics on this one, so unusual. Have a great week.
That is a beautiful uke. I need that in my life and I'm not even a fan of tenors. Will you accept a tenner for that tenor?
Yes, a tenner a day. For 200 days!
Love my electro, low G version, very warm sound acoustic and brilliant through an amp!
Fab - and yes amplified it was excellent, better than expected!
