Just to let you know, ULTA has a lawsuit against them for repackaging returned makeup. So i highly recommend people to inspect products before purchasing.

BeautyEdit not defending ULTA per se, but people test things in store. I see it all the time when there isn't a tester available especially on the drugstore side. They aren't supposed to put anything returned back on the shelf and I've personally seen them open and check my items for use before I've purchased. They actually found a tester in one of my Lancôme boxes and corrected it before selling it to me. So I can understand the lawsuit being brought against them, but unless someone wins that suit, they aren't guilty of anything. This is one person bringing a suit with class action status. Being slick about it too so it doesn't fall under certain guidelines. Probably hoping ULTA will just make it go away. We'll see. I typically shop at Sephora though and have never had that happen. And to be honest, I've never had it at ULTA either but that doesn't negate those that did. They should just seal all their packages differently. Tamper resistant packaging maybe? That will avoid these issues.

I actually saw a young lady who wanted to get the Maybelline Fit Me foundation, but since Ulta doesn't have testers out for the drugstore items, I watched her open two bottles (different shades) and she decided on the second shade and she put the first one back. But the fact is they can't repackage things not even in tamper proof seals or anything like that. They have to sell the products the way the manufacturers ship them. They just need to start having testers available for everything and they need to let people get samples (of anything.) If Sephora, Macy's, Dillards and other retailers can do it then why not Ulta?
Yup! Target and Walmart are life savers for drugstore make up. The prices there are so much better that it's STILL less expensive than when Ulta has a BOGO Half Off sale. There are only a couple brands that don't reduce their pricing for Target and Walmart. Nyx is one of them.

Maybelline has another color between those shades caked Toffee but I’ve only seen it in drugstores. It might match you because we’re very similar in shade and I can use that one

We can test out the prestige brands but they won't give out sample ... at least not at any of the Ultas in Memphis. They don't have testers or samples available for the drugstore brands at all so the only thing customers can do is sneak off to the other side or other aisle and open the bottle and try it right there then put the item back, or customers will go ahead and buy the products get home and use the item and see that it looks awful then return it (which is a huge hassle!) I bought and returned a bunch of products at Ulta and the two items that I had opened she did put to the side. But who knows what she did with them after I left. Long story short, I'm reiterating Be extremely careful and mindful of the packaging not just at Ulta but everywhere.
I tried this as well usually I am a Mocoa in this brand but it oxidizes pretty bad to me, had to drop down a shade. Its a very nice full coverage foundation tho and very matte!
Did you mix the two shades that you bought?? Were similar shades but I went out and got coconut after watching this and it's too dark...I can mix it with a lighter foundation but I'm a tad bit more brown than you are and it's still dark on me. Great video❤️

They definitely need to release more shades ASAP! My brush definitely gave me more coverage as well! I’m usually 330Toffee (winter) 335 Classic Tan (summer) in the Fit Me but Toffee looked a tad bit lighter so I got 334 Warm Sun. I think I’m going to go back and get Toffee to mix it.

Exactly I have the same shades and I have to mix them. They need an in between shade one is too yellow and the other is too orange.

Warm coconut is definitely darker than coconut. It has the numbers from lower to highest indicating the range.
