    You should mention the painters tape you put on the penny sleeve so they can easily pull it out and not screw up your card

      PSA doesnt like that. They cut the edges of the penny sleeve to get the card out

      They sell sticky tags you can put on the penny sleeve for easier removal. I ordered them for the making of this video but they never got shipped by the ebay seller but I was still charged. When I reached out to see what the issue was the seller told me because the order was made over 30 days ago that he wouldn’t do anything. Real piece of work!

      They need to be sent in semi rigid plastics. No top loaders or one touches.

    How come you didn’t clean and polish the card ?

    • @MrPackRipper
      @MrPackRipper  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If the card was exposed and theres a slight layer of dust I do but I tend place every card I pull directly into a penny sleeve then a semi rigid, top loader, or one touch. This particular card was a common so that didn’t necessarily show how I handle any important cards before the process of preparation for grading submissions so lets say I was doing an actual grading submission, the card would have either already been prepared in a penny sleeve, semi rigid and a slab plastic, or if I am transferring a card from a top loader/on touch to a semi rigid, those cards would have protected with a slab plastic to prevent dust entering from the slit at the top.

    Just tell me you aren't sending in a base non rookie Colin Sexton 😂😂 I know you probably just used it as an example. And he's a good role player for the Jazz, they actually have a lot of talent on that team. Now they also got John Collins

    Why not a top loader

    • @MrPackRipper
      @MrPackRipper  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The grading companies have a certain standard for how cards are submitted. I’m not necessarily sure why they require cards to be submitted in semi rigid over top loaders but if I had to guess I would say its easier to remove the card saving them time and limiting the potential for the card to be damaged when its removed for grading.
