I was there for visiting family. I fell in love with this place. The only problem for me is, that im from Europe and can’t move without a valid visa. 😂
Hi, the average income ranges from 170k-250k. Many commute to different Cities for work, some remote and a large part are retired living in 55+ communities.
I lived here since 2011. Brentwood is great if you have a young family or you’re looking for a place to retire. Very safe here and lots of community events catered to that demographic. But not so great if you’re a single person in your 20s or 30s. The fun things to do are closer to the city for young adults. 😅
@@StrawberryJamJam29 But I mean, is somewhat accessible to SF driving or using BART thru Antioch. So, for affordability might not be a bad option. What do you think?
Hi Alejandro, I’m Hispanic and love out here! We have a decent size Hispanic community and agriculture with modern amenities. Great place to raise a family!
@LIVINGINSFBAYAREACA Hi, you speak Spanish right? I want to learn more about this community but I am not sure how Brentwood is going to be as a hispanic. However, how does Oakley compare to Brentwood in that sense?
Look, I'm not trying to be THAT person, but I am indeed going to be that person. To call Brentwood the San Francisco area is just not true. It doesnt touch the Bay or any cities that touch the bay. On any given time of day it takes 1 hr to 15min to drive (screw traffic times, that ish is hell) and driving on 4 in traffic is TOUGH during commute times (i did it through college). It is driveable, dont get me wrong, my father commuted my entire childhood from Bwood to SF but it wasnt easy and simple. Even with BART it is a trek and of course the costliness of bart and bart parking makes it hard to commute in. I get the marketing vibe. I acknowledge you got a job to do but maybe try being a lil more factual
Brentwood is officially San Francisco Bay Area as the title suggests. "The Association of Bay Area Governments defines the Bay Area as including the nine counties that border the estuaries of San Francisco Bay, San Pablo Bay, and Suisun Bay: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, Sonoma, and San Francisco."
Amazing intro video to the Brentwood area.
Thanks, glad you liked it!
Check out Delta Coves in Bethel Island. It’s a new community next to Oakley
I will be doing a video on them next month, beautiful Water front community!

I’m thinking of moving to Brentwood. What is the average household income? Do most people drive to San Francisco for work?

@@Alejandro-vn2si As someone that went to SF by car and public transit, the commute is brutal. Tons of traffic. I had no free time outside of work.
