For so many years I kept myself in bondage to my pass. I was molested as a child by someone very special to me. I loved this person so much. I withdrew from everything. I felt so unclean and unworthy of love. I was married at the age of 15 and gave birth to my first child at 16. My husband was 17. We were both children raising children. Though I loved my late husband very much at such a young age we had many problems, but we stayed together until he passed away in 2002. I gave my life and heart back to God in 1995 and have never regretted it . The Lord took all the pain away from my life that day and put it onto His shoulders because I am weak, but He is strong. My late husband gave his life to God in 1997 and I was so thankful. Each of our three children followed and gave their lives to God also. We serve an awesome God who loves His children with an unbelievable amazing agape love. ❤

This song came out of nowhere and from somewhere, traveling through my mind, heart and came to rest down into the deepest part of my soul just as a tear was rolling down my face. I for over 20 years had my past haunting me. I prayed for forgiveness. One night after saying my prays l started crying and after 6 and a half hours l fell asleep. The next morning when l woke up l raised up out of bed and actually felt a feeling of such relief. I was taught that you may not get the answer you were asking for but don't forget who is in charge. God ALWAYS hears us have FAITH you will receive an answer when He knows you need it the most. My hope is that perhaps each individual that reads it will remember when He knows you need it the most you will also get an answer, and last but certainly not least keep your faith, and don't forget who is up above and ever where we can think of. Thank you to all that make this music possible it goes so far past appreciated.

Sometimes a song can make u feel like this is me. I honestly believe this & I can’t stress enough that my past was holding me back. The pain was intolerable at times but the Blessings of God is keeping me moving forward so this song has true meaning for me.
I do not want to sound incredulous or anything negative, but I feel the same way. This song is so powerful, I have been stuck unable to let go of the past especially parts that have taken me more than five years to make peace with. It is part of who i am but it's time to let go and move forward with faith and love I did not have to be a light for others. I am currently struggling with many challenges. Severe anxiety, intermittent depression, insomnia, self-esteem issues, friend drama, and dark thoughts. I feel so lost and awful. I honestly don’t know what to do and I am questioning who to trust. Just know that you are not alone. You never were and you never will be. I know things can feel so difficult and impossible. I'm a Christian and have been all my life, Ive made mistakes throughout my life, the biggest one was leaving a man I truly loved behind because my youngest son didn't want me with anyone it his dad. My ex was so horribly abusive I'm lucky to have survived. But my son was still young and didn't want me to be with anyone. This man and I have over the last few months been in contact. I still love him, though I don't know how he feels. Please pray for me. I'm 71,yrs old. and don't have years to live. Even though I'm healthy. I could use your prayers and well wishes. Sometimes a song can make u feel like this is me. I honestly believe this & I can’t stress enough that my past was holding me back. The pain was intolerable at times but the Blessings of God is keeping me moving forward so this song has true meaning for me.
I do not want to sound incredulous or anything negative, but I feel the same way. This song is so powerful, I have been stuck unable to let go of the past especially parts that have taken me more than five years to make peace with. It is part of who i am but it's time to let go and move forward with faith and love I did not have to be a light for others. I am currently struggling with many challenges. Severe anxiety, intermittent depression, insomnia, self-esteem issues, friend drama, and dark thoughts. I feel so lost and awful. I lost my mother and grandparents in the short spans of 6 months my mother around Easter my grandma around the corner of Christmas and my grandfather right befor my senior school year last year they were all I knew growing up from a baby till my 19 going on 20 in September self I’ve graduated
And done all they wanted to see me succeed at to this point

I'm a Christian and have been all my life, Ive made mistakes throughout my life, the biggest one was leaving a man I truly loved behind because my youngest son didn't want me with anyone it his dad. My ex was so horribly abusive I'm lucky to have survived. But my son was still young and didn't want me to be with anyone. This man and I have over the last few months been in contact. I still love him, though I don't know how he feels. Please pray for me. I'm 71,yrs old. and don't have years to live. Even though I'm healthy. I could use your prayers and well wishes.
