According to IS 875 Part 1 ( Page No. 16) density of plywood should be 700kg / cum minimim, used for construction works, also you can watch my video Density of Building Material

Yes you are right End edges of slabs / balcony are measured in running meters upto 200mm thickness, but practically end of edges merged in outer side of beamand most of BOQ items of measured in sqm due to various thikness of slabs,

In case we claim shuttering extra for height more than 3.5 mtr. Can you let me know how to claim for height of 6 mtrs. Plan area can be considered 100 sq mtrs. Please do reply

What is height of column taken in formwork if slab height floor to floor 3.6 m and slab thickness is 0.15m.

Main aur secondary beam wala agar dimension consider krke smjhate toh aur jyada clear hota, smjh mei aaya hi nahi.
Main beam
length 5m width 0.3
Secondary beam
Length 4m width 0.3
Then
Shuttering will be
5*0.3=1.5 sqm
4*0.3=1.2 sqm
Cutout wala smjh nhi aaya

6 - 3.5 = 2.5 mean 3 times of plan area (3 x 100 Sqm) for a seperate rate of extra height for per metre height
