Good point. The bar does last longer when you don't rub it directly on your skin. Plus with a loofah or a wash cloth, you get a more thorough cleaning than with the bar alone.

If you really like these soaps I recommend you check out the soap guy. You can look him up on Instagram. Dr Squatch buys these soaps off of him. You can get these soaps in bulk for a lot cheaper if you buy off of him

@@drunk3nsovi3t True. However, if you like the style of the Dr Squatch stuff, you absolutely can get similar for much cheaper.
TSG sells a 12 pack for $36 which is like $3 per bar. Compared to Squatch prices, that's so much better.
He also sells a loaf of 9 bars of soap for under $18 but you are getting 9 of the same scent but once you find your favorite that just can't be beat for the quality.

Thanks, I will use my loofa from now on. After just six showers, my black pine tar bar is paper thin and I keep it on the wooden thing that dr squatch sells and I always put it outside of the shower so that it doesn't get wet when I'm not showering.

Yeah that’s how I used it too, just lather up a wash cloth and wash yourself.
Also if you do want to use it like the guy in the commercial... for some reason... notice how he’s not under a shower. If you’re wet, go ahead and rub it, it would definitely save the bar. But don’t rub it while there is constant running water... it’s still a bar of soap at the end of the day.

Yup that's exactly what I do. Lather up the face cloth makes the bar soap last a bit longer. I use one of those wooden soap holders as well.

They are great soap what I do when I'm done using it I put it in a zip lock back it keeps it dry because is you leave it in plain site we're the water will keep hitting it and it will prolong the life off the bar of soap

I used the on,y use the bar. But I would get some soap on my hands and then wash myself. And when I used it like it would last up to a month or more. But I did see another video of using a loofah, and also cutting the bar in half. You are only using half the bar, but if your only using a loofah or wash cloth the half peace will last pretty long and then you have the second half of the bar. I just started doing that, and it’s going pretty good. Sometimes I won’t use the loofah if I’m just not feeling it and I’m not feeling as dirty.
And I do like how he is saying that everybody is different in showering.

I don’t understand how someone just uses a bar of soap to wash with you can’t scrub your body with that. I have tried washing with just the bar and I didn’t feel as clean as I would with a wash cloth.
