We cook 30 KG Mutton Meat to make the Mughlai mutton curry recipe. Cooking mutton recipe in the Mughlai method is completely different from the south Indian mutton curry recipes.
Mughlai mutton gravy recipe does not have Tomato, Green Chili, Garlic, Curry leaves like south Indian mutton recipes. It needs onion but fried.
But the taste is very delicious and this mutton curry recipe has a different taste. Everyone can try this recipe.
