Family Guy toned down their more controversial jokes in the past 5 years. But they had about a 20 year run of some of the most hilarious bits 😂 (which all of the these are included within).

Some "dick and fart jokes", as they say, are funny, but not always, they still have to be good, not just off color.
This show is very shock and awe while full of stereotypes. Obviously these jokes are not an appropriate representation which adds to the humor. Its hard to tell what they will come up with next from episode to episode and honestly I think that's half of the fun. Lol. Great review

The [adult swim] reruns were only part of why it got brought back. Strong DVD sales of the show also helped.
