That's really spacious for a flat. The colour makes one feel at ease.
But a work station, ironing corner and dining area in the same small space is ... hmm...
On top of the L-shape sofa, another 2-seater might be more sufficient for a family of 7 plus guests.

Should help those in needs but not those who are still capable. 7 adults in a messy house can’t afford to do reno but looking for free reno ? Lazy is the word. Wasting of resources.

It always nice to have outsider to help make the decision, at least the old folks would swallow it up. Imagine myself separating liquids with solids, my mom will felt that I insulted her intelligence and override her seniority. 😂 Hopefully they don't dump away the two beautiful paintings though, those were the most displayable items before renovation.

他们一直推荐那张沙发的时候我就觉得太小了。结果真的有够小。沙发最多只能坐4个人。明明客厅那么大，就应该买个至少3米长的沙发。
