This is SO FASCINATING, especially these last parts 6-8 of this Revelation playlist!! Regardless of how you want to interpret chapter 12 (and I still disagree) but THIS is some of the best stuff I've ever heard as I love to read John so much, his gospel, epistles and Revelation. Could be another hint to still connect this to his 3 epistles also? FANTASTIC, AMAZING, AWESOME what can be said more, GLORY TO GOD ALMIGHTY AND TO HIS SON JESUS CHRIST! AMEN MARANATHA Blessings abundant your way from Germany 🙏👰💖
@11:20min Regarding the topic of the 'adulterous woman' I think Jesus didn't judge her because of the DOUBLE STANDARD of the pharisees. The MAN who committed adultery with the woman should have been put to death as well but they only judged the woman. He exposed THEIR evildoing and thoughts, not the woman here. Lev 20:10: "And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, EVEN HE that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer AND the adulteress shall surely be put to death."
I'm a little confused. Why would you assuume or suggest that the Samaritan woman was in any way... loose or a prostitute or whorish or sexually inmoral?
And... the fact that she had been remaried four adituonal times is an unmistakable sign that she wasn't unfaithful. No samaritan or Jew would have married an adulterous woman, much less four additional times.
Love this teaching. Hungry for more.
Watched all 7 videos on Revelations and what great knowledge, thanks both of you and chip I like All your stuff tik tok and you tube peace

She was in a relationship with a man that wasn't her husband
@adamsonnet Yes. That's called being a concubine. It means she was faithfto him but he had no, "legal" obligation to her.
