Getting div of 6366 from MSTY in the AM and also have 20,000 in captiol appreciation too. Freakin amazing! I will put those divs back into MSTY and my other Yieldmax funds. You guys should aim to have at least 30,000 in each Yieldmax fund, the reason for this figure is even the low return funds will give you at least 1000 a month. Yieldmax is legit and BIGY looks like a mini steady eddie in the making if it pays more then 30 percent div each month. If not high div I would rather invest in SCHD or VIG!
I bought a couple of shares just to track it and see how it performs. What if the fund grows along with the S&P 500 and pay the 12% yield? That would be great.
I'm curious if they are allowed to trade leveraged instruments. For example MSTU vs MSTR or NVDL vs NVDA. Of course this would be amazing in bull markets. But how will they perform in bear markets? Who knows???
DRAG is from Roundhill. Just got an email this morning with their marketing of it again. Not really an income fund, but something to look at for diversification of my videos.
@@michaelabrigo351 Going to add it to Saturday's Roundhill Round up at the end. I have nothing else to share this week about roundhill so I don't mind taking a few minutes to look at it.
Will be interesting to line this one up against SPYI and GPIX to see if the concentrated holdings and YieldMax traders can perform better than the market and traders from NEOS and GS!
It will be interesting. They gave us upside of average 4.5%. They didn’t write it on everything. The spreads are large on some and small on others. NEOS is almost a fixed rate. This is more like FEPI but a lot safer.
Very true but they have to actively managing things with their calls. NEOS is very easy to manage from a fund standpoint. It’s a wait and see now. I do like that hold the underlying. So a step in the right direction, but can they really pull off the move to this type of investment.
I went ahead and bought $600 worth just to see if it can appreciate. I think I read that the first declaration will be around January 7th for who's interested.
Hey, what do you think of the 5-year outlook for the volatility for BTC? Maybe goes down a little bit each year or what do you think? Great vids, been subscribed for a few months now!
I think it slows down during a crypto winter. Maybe there is no crypto winter. The question really is where are they going to get the Bitcoin. Over the counter is almost out. Then what? Miners are buying. Microsoft might be buying. Then what? Trump might have us buy? 450 mined a day with a current demand of over 1000 per day. Remember supply and demand.
Bear call spread on part of the portfolio is bearish. The capital appreciation from te rest of the portfolio is bullish. Don’t they counteract each other? A collar approach is better imo for yield and downside protection. Thanks for introducing all new ETFs. 12:43
100% the bear call spread is different then everyone else and is bearish. They are OTM and I guess that is what they are counting on. They can use a collar, but right now they went to the bear call spread.
It does and the Prospects page 51 says, "portfolio of 50 of the largest U.S. companies". So I guess they say one thing to the SEC and say something else to the investor? and on page 53 "For purposes of the foregoing, the Fund defines a Big 50 Company as one of the 50 largest U.S. companies (in terms of market capitalization) "
Great video as always Brad! I always like to listen to someone who is actually living off a dividend portfolio. You mentioned having Berkshire in your portfolio on a previous video. Are you concerned about Buffet's age?
Not really. He has a good team and will be able to take over without him. With Charlie gone, we didn’t see much of change. We will losing some of greats but their legacy remains.
Very interested. They hold the underlying. They are doing call spreads. So lets see where this goes. It might be a fast horse or a glue factory material. Testing in 4 months against SPYI will tell the story.
They probably need to filter large companies that have high IV? Although AMD was only like 19 and CSCO like 7. But seems like from your table, they didn't write it on those two.
you know all these funds remind me of a simple scenario . To get to the beach take A1A to get to the beach straight foward .these funds are like lets go 10 different ways to get there 10 different turns .And for the fund manager to say you have to reinvest all your dived to keep NAV on 99 percent of them its basically you give them your money that you paid tax on already they use it make money and give you your divedens which you have to pay tax on the same money again double tax and your loosing nav at the same time common sence tells me its redicolous..for 12 percent there are plenty of better funds SPYI being one of many
I say lets test after 3 distributions and put it up against SPYI or QQQI and see what we get. Maybe they have something and maybe they are just a weekly caller and not a monthly seller.

Fund is a waste of time, better of buying something like XYLD, has a 10 to 11 percent yield, fund started around 40 dollars and still trading at 40 some dollars

I donno about BIGY but Biggie Smalls said, “mo money, mo problems.” Thanks for the review Brad!
Let's test it after 3 distributions to see if its a player or imitation.
It was all a dream
Brad, Thanks for reviewing this fund. I was interested and will be monitoring these new funds for the next quarter or two.
I think once we see two or three distributions we need to backtest these funds and make a decision from there if they make the 8% withdraw rate.

Interesting concept.

100% In theory they should close or be slightly better as total returns. We will test it out after 3 distributions and compare it to SPYI.
Will this form one of the holdings within YMAX?
I want to say "No" From everything that I understand about the fund.
I'm curious if they are allowed to trade leveraged instruments. For example MSTU vs MSTR or NVDL vs NVDA. Of course this would be amazing in bull markets. But how will they perform in bear markets? Who knows???
2x as bad. Leverage products have been out for years.
Need some time to see the results for both total return and price return alone. Could this beat NEOS SPYI? Time will tell.
After 3 distributions I will back test it against SPYI.
it'll be interesting to see how these play out!
Backtesting after their third distribution don't let me forget. Compare it to SPYI.
I was waiting on this video 😎 Thanks
Well there it is no more waiting. Hope it helps.
Hi Brad, do you know when the next EX -date is for GIAX? Their website doesn't seem to be very current... Thanks!
Its at the end of the month. I have no clue on why they can'y get it write.
@@Income_Architect Thanks! I just called their office and talked to someone, and the person who answered didn't have a clue. LOL
Just a quick update in case anyone cares. My fidelity account is reporting GIAX ex date of Nov 25 and $0.396
Thank you.
Core number compounding like the Oracle teaches may work with this fund! I'm very interested and have it on my watch list
I’m interested also but want to see if the can pull it off. Looks like they have to be active on trading the way they wrote the calls.
Do you have a video on ITWO? Thanks 😊
I do not as it’s just made its first distribution. Something to look at as this falls into the ISPY camp but just on the Russel 2000.
Thank you, Brad! Always great information.
Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks Brad on your take on BIGY was wondering when this was going to be on your radar to help me decide whether to jump on this or not. ✌
100%. I will back test it after three disruptions and compare it to SPYI. That should give us a reasonable answer.

At least 5 years :). I am retired I hope to be here in 7 to 10 years.

Maybe. I think so
Thanks brad and guys
No problem.
any info on roundhills ETF named WEEK?
There is no etf named week. I do not speculate on ETFs that are not launched. Once it launches we can look at it.
It says 50 large companies . Appreciate your due diligence

@@Income_Architect 50 of the largest still rings true. It doesn't say THE largest companies, it reads 50 amongst the largest to me.
You added the word Amongst. I copied out of the prospectus. The word amongst is not in the statement.

Not really. He has a good team and will be able to take over without him. With Charlie gone, we didn’t see much of change. We will losing some of greats but their legacy remains.
From what I've seen there will be 5 or 6 other 12% target funds at later dates.
That is what the prospectus call for. So we will see.
Good breakdown, thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for sharing your feelings! ;-)
100% my feeling no data other then what they published. So lets see in 3 to 4 months. Might be a great fund or might be a something else.
@@Income_Architect Yes, will be interesting to see!
Thanks Brad
Very welcome
I was hoping you would do a Bigy video 😊
I could not pass that up. I wanted to see what they did.
Good report on the new YieldMax fund on its first day of trading ! The 12% target + growth makes me interested in this strategy
Very interested. They hold the underlying. They are doing call spreads. So lets see where this goes. It might be a fast horse or a glue factory material. Testing in 4 months against SPYI will tell the story.
@ most of the growth, plus sustainable dividends and better TR vs SPY would be the Holly Grail !!
They probably need to filter large companies that have high IV? Although AMD was only like 19 and CSCO like 7. But seems like from your table, they didn't write it on those two.
Yes they wrote the calls on them AMD with 6.8% out of the money and CSCO was 0.87% OTM. Its like a hit or miss with them.
Needs to have that appreciation to outdo gpix and or neos. Not realy worth it until we see performance
100%. No preference data yet.
How is anyone finding the distribution rates?? Are you guys doing the math yourselves
I do them myself. This one is targeting 12% so it should be steady.
@Income_Architect ok ,bro thank you ,God bless ,this is confusing 😢
At least they started this one at $50 so it will take at least 6-8 months to end up at $10. Where it will become a good investment.
That is to funny. 😄
