everything they said about fibroids. Absolutely true. I found out I had fibroids about 7 yrs ago and they tried to give me a hysterectomy even though I didn't have any children. I suffered from heavy periods all my life and thought it was normal. I eventually found a DR who was able to perform a myomectomy ( robotic surgery) to remove about 8 orange sized fibroids from inside and outside of my uterus. 2 yrs later I had my rainbow baby. I urge black woman to not take any form of birth control...it truly has so many side effects

I had a open myomectomy at the age of 22 due to my fibroids. I had heavy periods and also anemic. Every time I had my menstrual I felt I was dying, I was so fatigue. I went to OBGYN and got birth control and went crazy. My hormones were all over the place. The open myomectomy helped me so much. I tell every one DON'T TAKE BIRTH CONTROL! It's a synthetic drug

Lol I didn’t start birth control until I had my fibroids 😂. I’m a physician myself. I can’t speak to the systematic discrimination against black women in this particular area- the medical industry doesn’t understand black women and how they are different. Doctors are passing out birth control to everyone- not just black women

This interview was really needed. I had fibroids & had a hysterectomy ; the hardest thing in my life to sign over my rights to be a mother. After the hysterectomy developed the worst cramps in my life a year later which is called mitelschmerz . Five years later I think I made the worst mistake of my life so I wish these individuals would have put this out here to save me from the situation I went through.

Estrogen- the doctors[EDIT] don’t even tell you to reduce the estrogen rich foods that drive the fibroids they just want to rip your uterus out! That's not necessary imo in many cases.
Reducing the fibroids -curcumin, Black seed oil consistently. Cutting back also on caffeine, immediately.
Getting the gut in check! Is my personal belief. If you're eating GMO foods (must say NON-GMO potatoes, corn, major staples), you're ripping out your healthy bacteria causing parasites candida (yeast) and major toxin buildup some of the cysts are built up try to encapsulate those toxins from spreading through the body. I’m not a doctor but that’s my theory.
Get off chicken and meats and milk with HORMONES! (Organic meats only and should say NO HORMONES, No antibiotics too!) Those extra hormones are no good in the meat in your body. it's worth spending the extra money for organic meat over the doctors and medical bills. As much you can
Hormone regulation under an expert like this group in the interview, imo.
Taking Maca with professional guidance and recommendation is supposed to be great for hormonal balance.
Have healthy fat in your diet so the body can use those to properly produce hormones. & btw NO margarine! A little butter doesn't hurt.
Again Clean the gut! Clean the gut! Papaya seeds ORGANIC in the blender with green juice- oh yeah! Consult-Clean the colon with professional recommendation. [EDIT} With detoxing or gut cleaning, this MUST be done supervised professionally, and moderately - if you get detox happy and go "all in" at once, all the detoxing will make you feel very sick as it all releases from your tissues into your blood stream and your body mass kills off invaders and parasites which will make you feel tired and sick as your kidneys and liver work to clear the blood of this dead junk and their toxins. SO DETOX with STRICT supervision or you won't want to detox anymore mistaking it as making you sick instead of clearing you of sickness... activated charcoal can also be great helper during detox to help curtain that sickness from detox - or what's called "die-off" .
Getting the blood alkaline- green juice straight up every morning - Sunflower sprouts if possible. Sprouts if possible in your diet period! They are most packed with the most nutrients and you don't need to eat as much green stuff if you do sprouts. Doesn't taste great but you WILL be feeling better more likely than not.
Castor oil treatment over the fibroids along with the purest frankincense oil with heating pack --is believed to be extremely effective with the rest. Most swear by it.
If you are bleeding heavily every month, it is IMPERATIVE that you keep up your water and also IRON - beef bone broth is most effective and if you're vegan, you may want to consider this seriously for awhile.
Shepard's Purse is also effective to curtail that heavy bleeding. Again really check with a professional on this herbal tincture to make sure it's suitable for your own body. Works faster than Cycalapron or whatever and all those other pharmaceuticals etc.
Get a solid second and third opinion before allowing someone to rip out your overall healthy uterus!
Support kidney and liver as they are likely overworked from all the toxins. When/if you stop the regiment(ask yourself why and GET BACK ON TRACK)
Go off sugar and carbs as much as you can... that stuff causes inflammation/blockages in the body
Turning off the WIFI while you're sleeping is also so much more less stress on your body (you'd be surprised)
Don't drink tap water. It's got bleach, and sometimes arsenic in it along with a host of other crap that is straight up a poison to the body. (btw so does rice - try to get organic and from California as they have lower levels of it)
If you can - ladies, give your nails a break from all the toxic nail polish. This is up to you but it's just ONE more major thing the body has to fight to get rid of - OR store in a cyst as a last resort -- imo.
The body is mostly water - take water with a little himalayan salt in it to give you minerals and to make the water a little more absorbable in the body. Practice All to most consistently over a long period of time without falling off and the fibroids in many cases are believed to be dissolved. This is not a promise and you must consult a professional alternative medicine professional, regular doctor will want to rip out your uterus and keep it moving.
It took a lot of time to get this info but I share it b/c its not readily accessible to everyone and doctors are ripping out women's uterus before they can even have children no less. Your fibroids can likely shrink out most if not all of the way but one must stay consistent with this as those growths take persistent attention to undo as they developed over a long period of time as well.
Finally trauma in the body, and stress can also be a driving factor in fibroids, honestly sexual partners exchange energy there and your sacral chakra is located there. This may sound weird to some but emotional trauma or trauma there should work on healing, healing an issues that you could be storing there as well.
If anyone needs support, I will do my best to share my ideas so you may reasearch and then equipped to find a medical professional who can help in a way that supports your overall well being while keeping your female properties. No strings,
hit me through yt. no haters, no weirdos.

    • @InviteTheLightReadings

Hey Ivan Jimenez - no one said "rice wasn't good for you". So it's seems you are the idiot b/c CLEARLY you don't read at all. SECONDLY, RICE TURNS TO SUGAR, GENIUS, So you as a male could hardly be giving advice as to "what's good for a woman with fibroids, particularly when inflammation is partially a direct result of sugar intake.
Furthermore, I'm not going to outright argue with- a total moron anything when I've done nothing but take my personal time and put important information here I've encourage people to research and GET A DOCTOR to advise them ON. I CLEARLY SAID THAT MANY TIMES.
I indicated that Rice CAN have high levels of arsenic in it and to try to get organic Rice from California if you can.
So dimwit learn to read before you run all of into Black ppl do this and that when women are suffering everywhere from this and you don't even' have a uterus, the first. STFU.

From what she said, I think I've had a few elimination periods but I never knew what they were. Mind you my craps are so bad that everything I eat foe the first few days I vomit and I'm really weak. There are several things for lessening fibroids
Try to minimize exposure to pestides in food and other and pollutants
Make sure you eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.
Make sure you have enough vitamin C
make use of herbs which cleanse the liver including milk thistle

27:57 when she exclaimed that her physician was upset with her about refusing to go through with a hysterectomy, that stood out the most to me in this video

    • @laynonna
      @laynonna 2 ปีที่แล้ว

Mine (black obgyn) said she didn’t want to give me the hysterectomy since I don’t have kids but that they would monitor the fibroids (only discovered after I complained about early bleeding after inter course). I told her that I was considering stopping the pill recently and she asked why I wanted to mess up something going well? Um, fibroids aren’t a symbol of “wellness”. I’ve been on the pill for over 12 years.

Well, I stepped out on faith and purchased the 14 day detox. It was more than I thought at $350, which to me is high. But I'm ready for a change. I'm tried of my heavy cycles and cramps that are so severe I can't move for hours. I'm tried of the doctors telling me I need surgery to remove my fibroid. When I complete this detox I am just hoping that I feel better, mentally and physically. To me that is money well spent, instead of giving it to these doctors that only spend 30-45 minutes with you, per visit. And every time you have a concern or questions, you have to come into the office if its something a nurse can't answer, which is another doctor visit fee. I pray this helps me.

      TRUE KING SPIRIT
Hello, I've been on the detox for four days now. I've been keeping a journal of my journey. I stopped eating meat about a week or more before I received my supplements. It has helped somewhat. Right now I'm working through the hunger, the coconut water does help with this. Yesterday, was my first time weighing myself in a long while and I seem to be losing weight. I plan on weighing myself every two days. I don't want to get hung up on my weight. I'll keep you posted on the weight loss and my high blood pressure issue. Since I'm only on day four I don't know yet if I will have a positive effect on my cycle. I'm have been doing some exercise. The supplements do taste nasty but after i swallow the liquid supplement i drink a little coconut water helps with the taste. Hope this helps. I'm going to keep on keeping on.

Thank God for this clip! I was recently considering the Myomectomy, Laparoscopic Myomectomy and Uterine Artery Embolization for my growing Fibroids. I live in a foreign country (Netherlands) and am apprehensive about having any surgeries here. I had settled on the idea of the Uterine Artery Embolization because it seemed the least invasive. However, I luckily read a study that suggests a link between UAE, degraded eggs and damage to the ovarian function. My doctor of course never mentioned that risk. In searching for a natural answer to what I have come to understand is a hormonal imbalance, I found this segment. I'm going to try their program and see how it goes. I've been dealing with this since I was a teenager, everything this team has said makes perfect sense. Sometimes we gotta look to our own folks for the answer. We've got to be our own revolution by taking care of each other because the truth is we're all we got. So many doctors have made my situation worse from prescribing and insisting I take the birth control that my body always violently rejected to the pain management pill I was put on that turned my stomach into one huge ulcer. Thank you to the Breakfast Club and this team for bringing awareness to this pandemic that so disproportionately affects black women.

As a child i drank milk all of the time and i suffered from eczema flareups & seasonal allergies terribly. In my junior year of college, I was consuming pounds of yogurt & cheese on a weekly basis. Let me tell you, when allergy season rolled around that year specifically, i couldnt hang in the sun for 10mins without the skin that was exposed to sunlight breaking out into an itchy, bumpy rash a couple of hours later. It was like my eczema reached another level. The back of my neck and the creases of my arms developed hives...legs, too smh. I would wear long sleeves/pants in the daytime to prevent it from happening. Afterwards I cut down on dairy drastically. Since then my eczema has been practically non existent along with my seasonal allergies which arent as bad as before.

A year later and this video only has 160 plus thousand views. The stuff that people need to listen to and look at gets ignored. Too bad they not screwing each other and have a reality TV show about it 🤷🏽‍♀️

If weed causes infertility and prostate cancer their might be a link between weed and the legalization of it. Hmmmmm

Yeah I quit smoking everything when I found out the same pesticide chemicals in cigarettes that cause cancers were also used to preserve weed (keep insects from eating it).

I'm going to try this! Thanks for the info... I've had bad cramps since age 11 when I got my 1st period (I'm 27 now)... Missing school when I was younger, and being in extreme pains while working now that I'm older! Something's got to give! I'll try anything... I'm uninsured at the moment and thought about going to a clinic to see if anything else was going on, but I'll try this option 1st... Thanks so much!

Can we stop labeling our women "miserable" and "man-hating" whenever they have an opinion? Then men hijacked the interview. That happened. They interrupted the sister and it took awhile for her to get the floor back. Let's acknowledge this.

Read what you don't even know me. Pretentious does not equal educated. Pretentiousness is in their tone. Ya'll are way too pressed about a simple opinion lol

my mom had a hysterectomy back in the 80's and she didn't take any estrogen or anything and did fine and is still doing well at 78 yrs old. I'm saying this for those that are still considering a hysterectomy for whatever reason, you will be okay. I am in a fibroid group on fb and the women are saying how much better they feel after the hysterectomy. If you can avoid it then please do and look into other non invasive treatments especially of you want kids. My fibroids aren't causing me any symptoms but they have caused my uterus to enlarge and I want them out, the largest is 4.5cm and I am going to try the natural route for 6 months.
