can proudly say I have eaten in every single restaurant in this video except the Sindhi food restaurant.. but this video did not mention certain things which is very unique to some of these restaurants.. e.g Bhagat tarachand serves buttermilk in beer bottles. their yellow dal is to die for. in deserts do try their gulabjamun with rabdi. this place is situated behind Mumbadevi temple in Jhaveri Bazaar and for those who are chronic shopoholics please walk from Crawford market to Bhuleshwar which is approximately -4 kms street side and store shopping.. there is simply nothing you dont get on this length of the street!! work up an appetite and hog away at Bhagat Tarachand which is on your way to Bhuleshwar. About Swati.. fantastic Panki and corn Handvo and the only place where you can have sugarcane juice without having to worry about its side effects :) .
I onced travelled Mumbai few years ago.I wanted to go to a restaurant badly.But i couldn't make that happen as i was in a busy schedule.I love Indian foods...!! Best of wishes...from 🇱🇰

Copper Chimney and Khyber are amazing. I've never tried Ling's Pavillion or China Garden though but in Harrow (London) one of the restaurants (Hakkaland) has a chef from China Garden.

Just please try Shalimar, it's located in Mohammed Ali road, definitely you will like to taste it's taste atlis once a month, my family is biggest fan of the variety, taste & hospitality of that restaurant.
I don't know whether you are non vegetarian or not but I would suggest you to visit 'Chaitanya- Assal Malvani Bhojanalay' in Agar Bazaar, near the Siddhivinayak Temple.. Malvani cuisine certainly has a niche and uniqueness of it's own..One can try various Fish thalis along with chicken and veg thali and few Chinese items also for people who are not accustomed to Malvani cuisine just to avoid their inconvenience.. My second suggestion would be to try similar thali in Gomantak-Dadar and you would certainly experience the difference between Goan and Malvani cuisine which are generally mistaken to be the same things...If you happen to visit these two places do upload a video .. Good Luck and Congo🙌👍

I've also stayed in Delhi, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Chennai , Ahmedabad and Surat..internationally I've stayed in Hongkong, Nyc, New Jersey, Toronto, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia.. Im a jewelry professonal and travel a lot for work and trade shows. and I repeat there is absolutely no city like Mumbai..The hope this city gave to thousands of immigrants for 100'S of years, treats them with kindness and gives opportunities irrespective of where you come from, the attitude to work hard, the "livability" of Mumbai cannot be compared to any othercity. A person can satisfy his hunger in 15 rupees with a vadapav and cutting Chai or spend 5000 and eat at the Ambassador. You must see this city during festivals, the street vendors, I bet they bring more money into the economy than 20 jewelers put together during festival season. The transportation is the best..local trains, monorail, best buses, metro, auto rickshaws, taxis will make sure you reach home no matter what. Which city has local train services for 22 hours a day ?? For last 25 years I've come home at 2 am, 3 am midnite all a one and never ever felt unsafe.. I dare you to do this in Bangalore or Delhi -- forget single women even a single male dare not be on the street after 10 in other cities. Mohd Ali road gets charged up only during midnite hours for food, famous eating joint Bademia near Taj runs all nite till wee hours of the morning. You will see families strolling on Marine drive even at 2 and 3 am without any fear. Here it's normal for restaurants to close at 2 am. Do you get food after 10 pm in other cities ? Mumbai you will never go hungry. The auto and taxi drivers are honest..they will never rip you off even if you are a tourist.. in fact they will help you reach your destination and guide you to places of interest. I've come home to Andheri from Dadar in a cab at 3:30 am and the cab driver did not leave till he saw me getting in safely inside the bldg ! I love my Mumbai city and will defend it tooth and nail. It's home , it's love.
