I have been able David to accomplish some great things in my life now through meditation and connecting my Spirit to my inner self and my inner child Black Beauty is happy and she told me mommie I am glad you are my mommie I never had a mommie and she told me I am a good mommie. Beautiful!! With this teaching, I believe I 'caught' my sneaky inner child! She has been doing exactly what you described. Somehow, she is manipulating ways to make these beautiful life lessons into a 'rule book'. She likes following rules. I guess that makes her feel safe? Maybe she gains validation when she 'gets it right' so no one can CCJ? But, she knows the beauty of the sweet spot too. You did say she 'lets go of control for a bit' then 'grabs it back'!! Hi guys, I have begun to practice all your videos tell me too since coming out of a 33yr marriage and loosing my house everything I once knew to be my life. Please can you do a video on how to move forward after such a massive life transition, I am feeling overwhelmed some days as nothing of the " old life" is around, and don't know much of my new identity going forward yet? How do I find out what I like?

Please could you do a video about how to move on some technics I could use to move reframe sad memories into better ones to get over them easier. I hear old love songs and I find they trigger sad memories. Is there a way I could work with my IC to help ease these triggers?

Hi David and Alex. I took a break from listening to you but I now realize that the inner child was taking control of me. I have since come into right relationship with my inner child. When he gets louder I am now aware and I don’t need to believe him and stay on my path. There were times when I thought I was not going to get control of him. I understand now that consistently parenting my inner child is key. Thank You for being in my path and helping me navigate. I’m forever grateful.
