I was fortunate enough to see George Carlin live 3 times on stage. To me he was much more than a comedian. He has said some of the funniest and most poignant statements I’ve ever heard. I think it would have been amazing to be able to talk to him and get his opinion on all topics. I feel like he was one of the best people to have lived, again not just in his comedy but how his brain worked.

I saw him once towards the end. It was awesome. Tickets were sold out and I was so disappointed. Walking away from the box office, a couple approached me saying they had to leave for an emergency. They gave me their tickets....3rd row!! I'll never forget it.

He was never really "left or right" by the way the media reports it. The media would call him a liberal, atleast up until recently, within the last 4-8 years. He spoke reality for what it is. His fake commercials were so funny - and WILD news, with his hippy drippy weatherman, 7 words you can say on television (which, FYI you still can't after over FIFTY years... and even podcasts bleep out some of them!) He was dead for a couple of years when I first discovered him. Can't get enough of it. In German there is an idiom: Too nice/beautiful to be true. Georgie turns it upside down: Too true to be nice. I love you, old boy, and if the heaven you didn't believe in does exist, you certainly already know, your purgatory sentence must have been served in a sec. For all the truth you spread, and all the, well, if not hope, then certainly stoicism you installed in those who listened to you and had a laugh. Zanx

My wish is to find like minded people who understand George's message and maybe find an answer to our problems we face. I relate alot to GC and I worry that others like him or myself or others, don't want to be found or be part of a people future.
I know that with only a small ratio of actual humans like GC compared to any other group of people would honestly be able to make a massive impact positively for the future.
