Maybe this was more like a Street Food guide to me. I went several times to Greece as it is very near and I think in a restaurant you can get a much more rich variety of traditional Greek foods. I know that in the end there was a bit of that, but in a restaurant with a menu a person can get much much more traditional foods.
Thanks for your comment! 😊 We had a fantastic time diving into the street food experience, it’s such a unique way to get a taste of Greece’s flavors. Of course, we know there’s a whole world of traditional dishes to explore, and we're definitely excited to try even more of Greece's incredible cuisine in the future! 🇬🇷🍽️
Both sets of Grandparents came over to the U.S. from Greece. ( Corinth)This brings back memories from my childhood. My grandmother made spanikopita, baklava etc etc. Shelby ,you did a great job prounouncing the Greek words. Have fun!
Wow, what a beautiful connection to your heritage! 😊 It must be so special to have those memories of your grandparents and their cooking. Thank you for the kind words about my pronunciation - I’m so glad I did it justice! 🥰 We’re having such a great time and are so grateful for all the delicious Greek culture we’re experiencing! 🍽️
Since the video is colder is at Bulgaria, and could experience a warmer state in Athens, Greece, how about you all all experience a more comfortable state in CAIRO and, not only that, get more tropical too if you can, like with the Nile??
We are back in Canada for the holidays. But, that sounds like an amazing idea! 🌞 Cairo definitely offers a whole different vibe warmer, more tropical, and full of history. Plus, the Nile would be an incredible way to experience the area.
Cairo?? Noooo its too dangerous and dirty!! Athens is. perfect with great food....but most safety place man.....do not recoment to people!! Cairo is full of scammers🤯😳... Chase....DO NOT GO IN CAIRO...PLEASE...i warned you
Less salty coming from a person that adds salt to alot of things that dont need salt and adds salt to some things that are very weird. But, to each their own!
Exactly to each their own. It's good to be open to everything to be able to experience the world to the fullest. Lots of different cultures use salt in many different ways 🙂
No we didnt lived together we lived under brutal Turkish occupation for 400 years as we fought you in the mountains for 400 years, and 1821 we throwed you out! Tell the whole story!
