This House believes that it is within the interest of religion to implement the practice of "rumspringa"

For the purposes of this debate, "rumspringa", a tradition found in many parts of the Amish community, shall be defined as the period of time (a year or two) given to a young believer to go out of their community and experience life outside of what they're used to. In this period of time, the usual behavioral restrictions (e.g. on experiences with sex, recreational use of substances, etc.) are significantly relaxed and what is usually considered sinful are no longer considered to be so (obviously, except for heinous crimes like murder).
