Well, when I took the bottom track and selected "overlay" it blended the text in with the background, making it match the background colors, rather than keeping it white.
There's always a reason to smile, so find it.

Because there are two different versions of PowerDirector (PD365 and perpetual license PD21), it would be very helpful if these tutorials specified which version is being addressed.
I'm using PD21 perpetual license. I have the same problem as several users note below, namely, my title ends up overlaid on top of the video, not behind it as shown at time 1:16 in the tutorial. Does anyone have any insights as to the problem (apparently "Jessica" doesn't respond to these posts).

Interesting effects! However there seems to be a lot of mouse clicks involved in the second example since there are 30 or 60 frames per second. Overall I find many of the features available require a lot of mouse clicking instead of keyboard shortcuts. That's something you could improve.

You can use the same "keyframe" feature as in the below tutorial to make it. Just overlay an image, such as a mosaic, on the main video and then use keyframes to set its position so that it overlays the object in the main video.

@@jakreychaza7235 Chroma key is available when you select a video or image on an overlay track. Make sure the video or image you selected is on the overlay track so you can find the feature on the toolbar.

Text behind the video - Bei 1:16 erscheint plötzlich der Screenshot vom Titel HINTER dem Video, wie es auch sein sollte. Ich habe genau dem Tutorial folgend das über eine Stunde probiert und nicht hinbekommen. Vielleicht wären paar aussagekräftige Screenshots hilfreich. Oder die *.pds zur Verfügung stellen.

Mask Tracking should not be modified by manually by keyboard, and the others have been solved ...
In addition to many creative developments, basic functions are nowhere to do, for example. Instead of a very bad stabilizer, you can re-implement Prodad Mercalli, which can distinguish the backdrop and the moving object.
PDR stabilizer eg. Because of a passing vehicle, the stabilizer sinks the image, though it should address the background. Can be used very limited.

However good it may be, dear greedy people. Please understand my situation, i cant afford to get the premium version so please please please, make power director a completely free video editing software 100% Free. Anyway what are the system requirements for running power director on pc? Can we use it on low - end pc? Like 3gb ram computer. Please make this software completely free. I want to edit nicely till i am satisfied with my computer which i am getting probably within two or more few years later. I don't want to pay, i can't afford and we can't earn the money we spent on the editing software we use . I am poor plus don't have any bank account to carry on online transactions. Please tell me some methods to earn money through editing.
