AT 2:30 you say move track 4 TWO frames to the right - PowerDirectror App does not work in frames it works in time? Therefore, I think you mean 'two tengths of a second' as when you sroll right in to the timeline a 1/10th of a second is the most zoom of timeline that it will allow. If a projct was say 30 frames per second, 2/10ths would be equal to 6 frames.. that correct?
That's a very good question! As you say, PowerDirector Mobile project works in time base. What you need to do is to move the clip 0.2 seconds behind. It looks like Jessica misspoke. We will check how to fix it. Thanks for your feedback! 😄

I am using the premium version of Powerdirector mobile application and I can't produce my edited video to any other resolution than 360p. When I try any other resolution it shows error message ... How can I resolve this issue please help

The issue I faced was - the video I was editing has a duration 3 min but when I check from the non editing page( - the screen where we open Powerdirector ) it shows the duration 3:12 . I checked many times for accidental audio / visuals at 3:12 but I couldn't find any , when I produce the video at low quality it produces an exact 3 min video.
This was the issue...is there any way I can prevent this from happening in future ...

@@elearningfactz yeah.... We need to update it to the latest version. I updated wrong version that's why I was having trouble finding it. The current version is 9.9.0 and 9.10.1.

It's unlikely an app will cause a phone to hang. You can try rebooting your phone to free up some memory.
