Saw Zeppelin live the summer of ‘77 at the Forum. Played 5 nights and I was there the night a VERY drunk 😮 Keith Moon came on stage and played around with Bonham’s timpani drum on 3 tunes…TO THIS DAY the best concert I’ve ever seen! Thanks for taking me back…
that was a beautiful renditon of ‘your mother should know’ good old paul and his grandma knees up music hall sensibilties ;) well played with beautiful touch for the melody
I saw Joe B. for the first time back in 2003 at Sweet Carolines in Winchester Virginia. Three piece band really rocking. Shook hands with him and bought a couple of T-shirts for my daughters. A year later I saw him at the Barns in Wolf Trap Virginia. Tickets to see him today are out of sight. Great artist, but so expensive these days. Love Mr Lemmo when he plays a vintage Tele, especially when he channels Jimmy Page from the first Zep album. Go Mr Lemmo!!!
My favorite year of tele 53’ just like Merle Haggards old one. But a 57’ is mighty fine, especially when Mr. Michael Lemmo is doing some show and tell!
In one of George Fullerton’s books (G&L’s “G”) he talked about formulating the Fiesta and Fullerton red paints. If I recall correctly they tried several blends. Maybe that is one of the test runs? Leo was famous for selling them. The book said George kept his favorite one which I think his son has.
This is the only red guitar I would own, what an amazing guitar...I had a reissue, tuxedo...got 3 strats, no tele's at the moment, wish I could make this investment it's only gonna appreciate ✌️
What was your amp, effect and amp settings to get the jazz tone for Take Five? I’ve tried everything, at least what I can think of, to get true jazz tone from my Tele. Thanks, Mike
What custom colors did 1957 Telecasters come? Did they come Olympic White as a factory option? What year is Lindsey Buckingham’s Olympic White Tele? Notice how his does not yellow or age like other years?
Good seeing Lemmo at the Bowl show. Wish I'd have seen you, Norman. It was nice seeing Lazarus post restoration. Here's my history with that guitar. th-cam.com/video/tRE2OeM0eNk/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=ScottN
“Sing it again! Your mother should know!” I had no idea I loved this song so much. Mil gracias, Lemmo
Beautiful song. Technically spoken the part between the repetitions is tricky.

I love when Lemmo plays The Beatles. And I love when he plays Telecasters. And I always love to hear Zep. So a perfect GOTD. Thanks Michael and Jen.
Rare guitars and the exceptional skills of Michael Lemmo, does it get any better? Love this channel.

My body is just realling inside from that playing, wow rip my heart out.

Coolest 50s Tele I’ve ever seen. Most of them are just the same old butterscotch.

Rare is an understatement. Proto-Fiesta ‘57. Mega Flash.

He certainly knows how to get the most out of that guitar. Excellent demo Lemmo!
The green strat is already legend around these parts.
Man that's got the perfect tone for a Tele.
Holy sh*t, congrats on opening for Rival Sons, dude! Awesome to see Lemmo doing well! Also, a great vid - thanks for the content!
Love teles

That was badass! You really woke that '57 up. I was diggin' it!
Just wondering, how much did it go foe? Money wise?
this guitar is sick, another very expensive guitar, tele heaven. thanks for the drool.
That last song was very cool. Nice to see something other than a blonde, busrt or butterscotch black guard. Beautiful guitar

What custom colors did 1957 Telecasters come? Did they come Olympic White as a factory option? What year is Lindsey Buckingham’s Olympic White Tele? Notice how his does not yellow or age like other years?
My vote is Sonic Red.😜
fullerton red
Dude… what was that second song
He’s playing the crap outta that -awesome!
Great job Mike !!!
That 'dark circuit' may just replace my cheap archtop.
I mean we’re here… why not stretch out a bit and take that guitar for a real spin. I think I’d do an extra long demo on that guitar too. Nice one!
2:15 5:44 8:20
Someone took good care of that, little to no yellowing of the clearcoat.
Lemmo great musician, great ear!!
I would have said Dakota Red -- until -- you took it out of the red-lined case. Now I'd say it is indeed Fiesta Red.
I'm wondering what the price is....
Preciosa
Your Mother Should Know (this Tele)!!

WHOLY CRAP!! Sustain much? 🎶👍🏻
George Harrison is looking at you Michael!
That tele is actually called “I slept with your mama her lipstick still on me- red”
👍🏻✌❤😎
I call it Kidney Red. Because I'd sell both of them to buy that... 😅
Wow, this Tele totally sounds like it has hamburgers.🎸⚡️
How random mate that you played "You're Mother Should Know'! Respect Mick from Mike!
ULTRA
Personally I think lemmo could blow Joe Bo off any stage.
Oh yeah.......
Thats a true 1957? think IJust peed myself or something similar ,it boggles my mind why a 58 Les Paul is 7 times more valuable than a 57 fender strat
Too much reverb, as always in your demonstrations.
oh look!! yet another 70 yr old guitar that cost a lot of money and was barely ever played -
TH-cam let get this stray done want to see adds of f .. music in my account talking rap dem music go it
