Suzzy I miss moving out too stayed same house for 7yrs, am bored environment when moving was food /,but now congested .pray for me finances holding me hostage
I so love the kitchen for the 3rd house.
However, I would go for house 2 coz it's spacious enough to accommodate your different needs...Home Schooling; Office; Separate rooms for the boys, girl(s) and help etc. You could also rent out part of the sq.
May God guide you as you make this decision.
House no 2 is goals, good lightning everywhere,many rooms, renovation can be done where your not comfortable.
I love house 3, it was clean and specious and well laid out...
2 was huge... Alot of storage and bathrooms and rooms... You can have a study, a play room, a prayer room, and more

House #2. It's spacious and has a decent compound for a kitchen garden and grass. I'd use the bottom level of the SQ as classroom and/or office to have a feel of separation between home and school. And possibly rent out the top level. Looking forward to see what you chose.

Love house number 2 coz you already have a class upstairs of the sq, downstairs of the sq is for your parent when the come visiting, the laundry area you can even put a table to iron your clothes, a study room/ office in the main house and the rest you can decide what to do with them

And the second house is perfect for you guys. Kids don't even have to share one bedroom. They can have two bedrooms each with two, and still have the other room (without the bathroom) as a classroom.
And your office could be above the two servants quarters outside.
And you'll still have a room for guests!!

House no 3 is the best 💯,,I think you filmed at night that's y it's a bit dark.. But it's 🙌🙌
House 3 is amazing with bits of classic checkered floors, HUMONGOUS kitchen and enough storage spaces, nice video. I can't wait to see which house you'll choose.

House number 2 was everything, that space plus the backyard
Some renters/sellers install the closets but expect you to bring your own rails. The master bedroom is big and I love the flooring

I like the layout of the last house though economically and budget friendly is the house with servant quarters. You can rent to 2 different individuals the lower part with a room and the other room can be used as a kitchen(bed sitter) . Same with the upper apartment. This way you have 2 bedsitters to be rented out. Your maid can live in with you. This way you’ll also have an earning from both the apartments. My way of thinking though

I visited house 2 earlier this year when we were moving it has a million bedrooms and the servant quarters was weeeh! Am surprised its still available it was a nice place

House number 2 it is for me, I love to farm and that outdoor space would satisfy my every farming craving and allow my kids to learn a bit too.

It house number 3 for me, who knows maintenance issues that might entail house 2 despite it being huge.
Definitely house no.2 💃 so much space and nice floors. I also liked the kitchen for house number 3. The thing i liked on number 1 were the closets and the master bathroom but I guess you can't have it all. Then I would go with the many rooms of house 2..I love love space. Thanks for the videos.

I like house number 3 it is spacious
Has huge rooms and storage areas
House number 2 has too many rooms especially on sq , for one househelp ,but the space can be used as your classroom . But i love the compound you can have a home garden and an outside chilling area
For me I would go for house number 3.its just spacious enough to not give me headache of I don't know buying new furniture and doing this or that.plus I love the finishing of that house.it was done perfectly.

I like the backyard space in house no2 and the house help have they own quarters also the home school could be separate from the living space in that building.

I watched your reaction to the houses you toured, as well as the video. Based on your reaction as you were videotaping, house #2 is the most suitable for your taste. I loved the natural lighting. House #3 was just too dark. No adequate lighting, be it natural or otherwise. I feel as if they were unprepared to show. I couldn’t even tell how many bedrooms it had. I loved its kitchen with the pantry. Is it just me or were the ceilings low too? Thank you Suzy for taking us with you on your house hunting journey. I never knew how serious my obsession was until one day I asked my personal person why he hadn't brought home some chicken he had bought for rearing purposes. he said "Sababu naweza fika home nikute unahamisha vitu kwa nyumba mpya"" Hehe. We are five months into the new house and he still doesn't trust me to stay here...lol

House #2 checks so many boxes, I’d definitely live there! The closet space in the master is a little disappointing but there is so much more to be excited about. My green thumb is itchy - the yard space, so much potential!! I haven’t gone house hunting in 10+ years, this was such a treat; thanks for stringing us along 💕

I loved hse no 3 because its aesthetically pleasing though not well lit.... However I would take hse 2 ONLY because of the garden...I was drooling for that garden...that garden is life!!

I love house number 2 but the only disappointment is the master bedroom's cupboards are very small. Everything in that house is damn good coz I love space.

House number 2 is a no no, don't joke with water stagnating around some parts of the house. One of the bathrooms also seemed Abit dark and that can be a recipe for moulds.

I liked house 3 though we didn't get to see the outside , house 2 is big and had lots of space but I thought its a bit disorganized and too many doors... or maybe its coz I like small spaces

Loved house 3... though would have wanted to see the compound. House 2 is also a plot... the only catch is the house has never been occupied which means you'll be the guinea-pig.... and with young kids its bit tricky.
