Thank you to the Houston Chior, Jimmy Fallon and crew for bringing us all an uplifting moment in times of disaster, uncertainty and hate. Just the reminder we all need.
I legit think Jimmy Fallon has the best late night talk show. The music and topics are current, They embrace Hip hop alot more than other shows.. They have funny skits and different portions of the show that are creative and funny.. I applaud you sir.. Keep that shit up.. #PrayersForHouston
This is so touching, thank you to everyone at the Tonight Show for reminding everyone ( not that they should need a reminder) that there are STILL nice, generous people in the world. In these uncertain times when there's so much hatered out there ( there's always been hatered but even more so now it seems) it's nice to hear some stories like Jimmy told of people helping people and strangers helping strangers.
I love you so much Jimmy Fallon..i live in Houston and my house almost got water in by 1 to 2 feet be for water almost got into my garage..im so thankful..its scary to see so many people that don't have a house to live in because it's so damage .thank you Jimmy for the donation..for the people that needs it..
I am so incredibly grateful to those that reminded me, and I am sure many many others, why it is that we are even here. Spread the ❤️. Thank you to the entire choir for such a demonstration of equality, togetherness & a beautiful Amen. Amen to my brothers & sisters of Houston. You got this!
I am in the audience with my wife in this video clip! It was such an amazing experience, and I appreciate the show's generosity and kindness towards Houston!
I love how positive this show is. The other late night hosts are cool, but lately I feel like they've all become obsessed with who can say the most negative thing about the president. That's cool if you want that, but I love how this show chooses to focus on pure positivity instead of getting muddled down in cynicism. Thanks Jimmy
Juan Luna He's definitely the only late night show I watch.. How old are you? I think that my generation (I'm 26) is much more inclined to like this show above other choices. He's funny and relevant. The others I don't really get at all. He's always funny.
paul chandler Oohh yeah I had to unsub from lots of shows bc it got sooo old. I also think he probably listens to the viewers more as I'm convinced his show caters to millenials and we're 1. On the internet for our viewing so comments are feedback 2. All sick of political bs and don't want to see it.
So heartwarming! I'm so proud that I was born in a country whose citizens stand together in times of disaster. No matter how many problems we face we must never forget that we are Americans. And being an American means lending a helping hand to a brother in need. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Lol. I think that I have played bass for that lady in Lufkin, Tx before. If that was her... she was such an amazing person. Very sweet and super anointed.
this song moves me with every fiber of my being.....I'm not a walkin corpse battling cancer, I am a livin movin breathin soul...You Can Lean On Me my shoulders are big enough to carry you, honest!! I got u 💯!!!
When the spotlight came her and she started singing I thought "ah yea this is gonna be good" and I wasn't disappointed. Thank you to everybody who has helped out during these times
This is so freaking beautiful. I love everything about this. Thank you, Jimmy & The Tonight Show, for doing this. And thank you, Houston Gospel Choir, for doing this. God is good and people are amazing.
Thank you Jimmy and all the crew of the Tonight Show! Houston truly appreciates everything and everyone who has help us during the storm and for the recovery. I have lived in Houston all my life and we have been through a number of hurricanes and tropical storms but this was the worst of them all. I work in the Texas Medical Center during and after the storm I save lives for a living but I never felt so helpless when this storm literally stop this city. But this storm just brought out the best of Houston. Neighbors helping neighbors. The storm did not discriminate. Nor did we. Praying for Florida and everyone that happened to be in the path of hurricane Irma.
Having lived in Houston up until last year, my thoughts go out to those affected. Also, that was an incredible performance. I hope all y'all are doing okay down there!
This is why I still love Jimmy all along. When all America are obsessed with President's sarcasm, condemning him as a routine daily life he has held on to love and positivity. The result was his viewers flunked and he was criticized so harsh on letting Trump loose. I read so many hate comments about him from haters. Plus, It's like Hollywood turn back on him too. Still, he hasn't changed, keeping love and positivity, no matter what. Then, on Jacksonville tragedy, he made a serious and very genuine speech about Trump, no mocking, no sarcasm, just a speech from a father's heart. When his show was on hiatus, I felt, as his long time fan since late night, that he would donate before the show was back on air, because if love and positivity is his core value he would. And I was right. Now I know his stand, no matter what criticism, circumstance or risk, he's still a man of people, of love and hope, unwavering. I'm proud to be his fan.
How the heck does this have only a quarter of a million views??? I'm not a big fan of Fallon's but this is one of the best videos of the week. Wow, the world is screwed up.
Who are the 8 motherfuckers that "disliked" this video? Like, I want to know who they are. What happened in their lives to make them "dislike" a video of a supportive song, sung amazingly to raise the spirits of millions in the wake of such a tragedy? Houston has shown how we're all Americans, regardless of race, culture, history or religious affiliation. Those 8 people's lives must be so miserable, they can't stand anyone being happy if they can't be.
1.) I love the ability for everyone to come together in such tragedy. 2.) I am by no means picking on our poking fun of this guy, he just cracked me up! Did anyone notice the guy in the front row who didn't know any of the words? He just kept on jamming out with the rest of them, that's too funny! Great performance y'all!
Here after the winter storm we had in Houston such a scary situation that me and my family had went thru and glad that we survived it after almost 40 hours without power, WiFi and water
Thank you to the Houston Chior, Jimmy Fallon and crew for bringing us all an uplifting moment in times of disaster, uncertainty and hate. Just the reminder we all need.

So touching love for Houston 💙
Those are some serious alto chops
Contralto?
That alto dropped into bass clef... if I wasn't watching I'd think it was a man.
More like pork chops!
