I'm a lot better now but whatever the problem is at the side of my face it keeps coming back it never clears 100 % so finally I'm being referred to a specialist hopefully they will get to the root of the problem and sort me out. I took a week off work got in one day fishing spent the rest of the week in bed, thanks be to God i had the footage and that kept me busy working away at making the video in my sick bed. Hopefully I'll be out and about making more videos up in the Kerry mountains very soon. There's so many places i haven't even fished in. All just waiting there for me. So i hope your arm is on the mend and you have had no more disasters. 😂😂😂😂

Be careful when you're out and about mate. Especially when you're on your own. That looked like a nasty infection you got there. I hope Hilda is looking after you. I'm on my last antibiotic and my face is all pins and needles my ear is in agony swelling has gone down 80% my wife thinks it's an inner ear infection i have it's been going on for the best part of a year and a half. It keeps coming back my doctor is referring me to a specialist. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Health is wealth. Please God it will be sorted and ill get back out fishing again. Hi my good friend must meet up again very soon Chris and yourself and Paul. Did you catch any more salmon up the country? I've done the least fishing ever this year the fishing has been so bad the worst ever I've found and very bad weather. I've been working seven days a week for the whole summer. With the cruise ships in there's lots of overtime for me. But that all comes to an end soon. I usually never work my rest day's life is to short. But this year i just worked them. Hope to meet up again for more fun. It's the same old trangia just got a brillow pad to it and cleaned it up as good as new.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂.

Those Kerry leprechauns must've been a bit twitchy, probably thought you were trying to scope out their gold stash in the hopes of ripping it off... or worse, maybe you were the CAB (Criminal Assets Bureau!) -- Nope, genuine angler, no pretence here; but like the Leprechauns, you keep your gold close - usually in its liquid state, viz, a bottle of Jameson, but I notice you switched brands this trip to -Dettol,- sorry, meant to say, Paddy! What puzzles me is, partial as I am to a bit of bubble'n'squeek myself, but how is it you can forego a fry up of one or two of the freshest possible lake trout?! Course there's fishing for sport and there's fishing for the pan (or freezer) and I'm guessing that your recent foray to Ballycotton(?) was more about the latter. If I remember correctly, mackarel are your favourite. I was amused to see though that it was almost as if those trout were more eager to throw themselves on your hook than the supposedly all but suicidal mackerel! Incidentally, am I right in thinking that most of those Kerry lakes that you fish allow you to keep at least a few for the pan? Anyhow, let me add my voice to those of your other followers in wishing you a speedy recovery - you truly have my sympathies, I believe you are only just getting over a very bad ear infection (or maybe, by the looks, you didn't beat it off, after all; though I note, you told one of your commenters that you suspected your wisdom teeth, and no~one will know better than you! Notoriously troublesome bu99ers, wisdom teeth...) Finally, I'm pretty sure you're not a "hiding stuff from the missus" - type guy, but when she keeps throwing out a favourite item of appareil, made worse by the fact that _she's_ the one who bought it for you, I think you'd be justified in 'planking' that jumper somewhere. And if she starts giving you a hard time about how shabby it is, ask her, what does she expect when she keeps marinading it in garbage juice!!
Wow that's some comment. Where do i start to reply. Your right the mackerel are mw favourite eating fish and if there in the water in front of you they are usually easy to catch. But the shoals of yesterday are not there any more. There scarce and i still have an empty freezer. I just kept one brown trout in this video. That's for my wife's dinner she loves the wild mountain trout. Most fish eating people go through their lives never enjoying a wild mountain trout because you can't buy them in the shop. Nope you have to marry a mad fisherman to get that gold speckled in black and red dots on your plate worth there weight in gold. 😂😂😂😂😂

If i had a million subscribers i might think about trying to make some money. But i don't have a lot of subscribers and in lots of ways that's good. Don't think so. The boat I was using my friend let me use it. He offered me his engine as well but I'm happy just rowing around. Don't know who owns the other boats. But i do know all the boats are on private property and they all have permission to put there boats there for the year. The place is off the beaten track. Hope that answers your question.
Hiya vincent hope your keeping well, just an update was off today so I ventured off to your lovely fishing spot, conditions couldn’t have been better in Kerry today, caught some lovely trout on the fly, was about 10 years since I fished it, I changed fly for last half hour and hooked a fine fish but unfortunately he didn’t make the net. Hope you’re on the mend. It’s paradise away from everyone, will be there again before end of season. Tight lines 🐟🐟🎣🎣

I've done the least fishing ever this year the fishing has been so bad the worst ever I've found and very bad weather. I've been working seven days a week for the whole summer. With the cruise ships in there's lots of overtime for me. But that all comes to an end soon. I usually never work my rest day's life is to short. But this year i just worked them. Hope to meet up again for more fun. It's the same old trangia just got a brillow pad to it and cleaned it up as good as new.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂.

Those Kerry leprechauns must've been a bit twitchy, probably thought you were trying to scope out their gold stash in the hopes of ripping it off... or worse, maybe you were the CAB (Criminal Assets Bureau!) -- Nope, genuine angler, no pretence here; but like the Leprechauns, you keep your gold close - usually in its liquid state, viz, a bottle of Jameson, but I notice you switched brands this trip to -Dettol,- sorry, meant to say, Paddy!
What puzzles me is, partial as I am to a bit of bubble'n'squeek myself, but how is it you can forego a fry up of one or two of the freshest possible lake trout?! Course there's fishing for sport and there's fishing for the pan (or freezer) and I'm guessing that your recent foray to Ballycotton(?) was more about the latter. If I remember correctly, mackarel are your favourite. I was amused to see though that it was almost as if those trout were more eager to throw themselves on your hook than the supposedly all but suicidal mackerel!
Incidentally, am I right in thinking that most of those Kerry lakes that you fish allow you to keep at least a few for the pan?
Anyhow, let me add my voice to those of your other followers in wishing you a speedy recovery - you truly have my sympathies, I believe you are only just getting over a very bad ear infection (or maybe, by the looks, you didn't beat it off, after all; though I note, you told one of your commenters that you suspected your wisdom teeth, and no~one will know better than you! Notoriously troublesome bu99ers, wisdom teeth...)
Finally, I'm pretty sure you're not a "hiding stuff from the missus" - type guy, but when she keeps throwing out a favourite item of appareil, made worse by the fact that _she's_ the one who bought it for you, I think you'd be justified in 'planking' that jumper somewhere. And if she starts giving you a hard time about how shabby it is, ask her, what does she expect when she keeps marinading it in garbage juice!!
Wow that's some comment. Where do i start to reply. Your right the mackerel are mw favourite eating fish and if there in the water in front of you they are usually easy to catch. But the shoals of yesterday are not there any more. There scarce and i still have an empty freezer. I just kept one brown trout in this video. That's for my wife's dinner she loves the wild mountain trout. Most fish eating people go through their lives never enjoying a wild mountain trout because you can't buy them in the shop. Nope you have to marry a mad fisherman to get that gold speckled in black and red dots on your plate worth there weight in gold. 😂😂😂😂😂

Hi Robbie. To me it's just a hobby that i really enjoy. If somebody enjoys my videos and writes me a comment that's reward enough for me. If i had a million subscribers i might think about trying to make some money. But i don't have a lot of subscribers and in lots of ways that's good. I like to reply to each person that writes to me and the bigger your channel the harder that becomes as you well know. If I'm trying to make money out of my videos then i loose my hobby and for now I'm just happy very happy the way things are. Cheers Robbie for your interest my friend. It could be wisdom teeth it's been going on now for a good year. It clears with antibiotics then comes back again. Doctors are trying to get to the root of the problem if you pardon the expression. 😂😂😂😂 best of luck with the seatrout. Tight lines.

Don't think so. The boat I was using my friend let me use it. He offered me his engine as well but I'm happy just rowing around. Don't know who owns the other boats. But i do know all the boats are on private property and they all have permission to put there boats there for the year. The place is off the beaten track. Hope that answers your question.
Hiya vincent hope your keeping well, just an update was off today so I ventured off to your lovely fishing spot, conditions couldn’t have been better in Kerry today, caught some lovely trout on the fly, was about 10 years since I fished it, I changed fly for last half hour and hooked a fine fish but unfortunately he didn’t make the net. Hope you’re on the mend. It’s paradise away from everyone, will be there again before end of season. Tight lines 🐟🐟🎣🎣
@@bigmac9040 a beautiful spot indeed. Lovely to spend the night there. Its a safe spot. Some expensive houses around the lake you see them from the boat. Some unbelievable houses.
