I noticed a bug on this one. Not all of the "properties" that are for sale show a sale sign. To know if you can buy it, walk up to the door and if you have an "e" to enter you can buy it even with out the sign out front. :D
Oh! Be careful with the suburbs because you have to do ALOT of decorating to level up a house. I think they go up to 4 or 5 stars. Not easy to hit the high star level when decorations are locked and you need quite a bit of money to decorate, so be careful not to just buy the house. :)

As a Realtor and RE investor the thought of buying a tent to flip is ridicu.... Hold that thought that's a brilliant idea. Company slogan: "We won't talk about the legality"
Word of advice don't buy a house in suburbs until you saved the 75k to unlock the office to sell the house or youll just be sitting on a house for a LONG time. You unlock city long before youve even made 75k ;-)

Youre bargaining your sales way too low. If you are selling a property for 1500 you should only sell it once it’s like 150 away from your asking price for the sale. You’re losing out on a lot of money

i rage quit this game. you literally have to sell tents until you get $52k. its a joke of a game.

It's not that much grind, you can literally buy the shipping container for 6k and sell it for 12k and I think u can also buy a bus for 10 k and sell it for 20 k, So all you have to do is buy 5-6 buses and you're out of the slums
What are you complaining about? You can see in this video that it's not that much of a grind. Maybe you was just doing it wrong. He literally shows how easy it was to get to the houses. One more day of selling the container and the bus would have put him in range to buy a house.

Z, please do not support games that are made with AI such as this and supermarket simulator. AI will only worsen the video games industry and promoting games made with it will quicken this. I have watched you for many years and I will watch for many more, but as someone who loves your videos please maybe put up a poll or ask your subscribers about what they think about promoting games with AI generated assets. this 20 minute game will tank on its own dont worry. Thought estate agent simulator was a flop but its 100x more playable than this mess.
