Try to incorporate some Braggs apple cider vinegar into your diet each morning. Drink it through a straw though to avoid as much on the teeth due to the acidity of the vinegar.
The liquid or even gummies would work fine either way but if liquidmake sure it has the "mother" in it. Braggs brand is the best for that.
It will help neutralize amd balance the acid in your stomach naturally.
The spices being eaten I'm sure aren't helping with it but hey you do you, just a suggestion is all.
My daughter has gerds and cow dairy products and store bought eggs effect her horribly but goat dairy products do not and fresh laid no antibiotics added eggs from our own chickens don't effect her any what so ever.
Get a peppermint plant and chew on a leaf or 2 as well when it flares up real bad, you could even dry them and pack a few with you in a zip lock bag on your trips and make a peppermint tea even.
Just trying to help the best I can with suggestions that I know help our 11yr old daughter. She use to be on liquid Zantac from the time she was 2. We paid attention and eventually changed her diet and incorporated the peppermint and vinegar. Night and day now and no more man made prescription meds past 5yrs old. Straight up water can actually be hard on your stomach as well. Doesn't react well with the stomach acid. Keep that in mind as well. Hints the peppermint tea and maybe add some honey and even jasmine to it. 👍

When i lived in cannada and when I was an eagle scout we would go survive and camp in the snow and midle kf winter and we lived in way up north side of Ontario where it got really cold and tons kf snow and would survive in groups of three by ourself for a week and all we could bring for each person was a thermal blanket a small tarp and flint for starting fire and one way to catch food per person be either a ice fishing pole with a small collapsible survival habd auger, sling shot, or a small collapsible sjngle shot survival 410 shot gun that had a tube insert that was rifled to be able to ahoot 22lr out of jt as well with 5 rounds kf ammo and that's it. And we made kt out alkve no injuries and problems evsr and it was fun and the snow shelters we made under the snlw was so warm and cozzy you cohld sleep in your blanket in your bkxers and t shirt or else you aojld over heat and sweat and then freeze from saeating all night in your winter clothes.

Oil lantern or candle? It's funny, because there really are zero feasible alternatives to any of those. Bow drill fire, and spending all day collecting pine tar to make a tiny torch? It's a comparison between a chainsaw, saw, or just breaking branches with your bare hands. I've never really grasped the idea of how primitive you go before you just sit in the woods eating cold snow straight from the ground while starving. It's either, you get some hand tools, and go, or you just wait out the clock like Les Straud - who never eats, or does much of anything productive. I can tell you that no one else is going out consistently building something to sleep in, then catching any food all in one challenge besides Zach - and he compounds inside of 30 days, with lots of misses. I spent 4 hours walking around for hare.... This is actually about as difficult as it gets. If you bring 3000 calories like Luke from Outdoor boys, you can spend all your time building. But on empty, little can be done. It's the reality. The balance.

I got c dif intestinal infection last summer, I got food Poisoning from a McDonald's shake, 10 days later I was in the emergency room and they gave me strong antibiotics for 10 days I couldn't do anything for over 5 weeks, so I ordered the best probiotics I could find, Dr Grundy and Synogut both have videos on ytube, have to order from there website because Amazon sent me a fake that I couldn't return. It made all the difference, got to get all the good bacteria in the intestines other wise continued problems. I watch Dr berg on ytube he has a lot of good information and a keto guy.
I didn't change my diet and lost over 40 pounds. I grew up in the northern Michigan woods and my grandparents always told me not to eat anything wild that only eats meat probably a good reason for that.

Chicken feet are also full of collagen..just be sure to discard all the floating fats and oils. Strain out the bones and meat which won't really be edible due to all the small bones after a long overnight simmer in a pot.

The small bones can be a pain, but it's the best way to get the most of out of hare.

In my experience, rabbits stay put until they see that you don't see them, unless they have to move before that.

Sounds like you are sitting with an ulcer. In South Africa we make a mix of a tin consed milk and small bottle turlington that you have a teaspoonfull of 3 times a day that sorts this out within a week. Not so nice on taste but works wonders.
