I guess it would be difficult for teams that struggle financially to use the rule to the same extent as the bigger ones. But it would see better rookies in the sport fr.

They should honestly just bring back unlimited testing and make test/reserve driver roles actually worth it for young drivers

more pre season testing and more frickin F1 TEAMS FFS that's how to make it better for young drivers

18 is a fair limit, makes sense for a regulation. But IMO if they are good enough they shouldn't be held back
