It is great to see Christopher Kimball.
I agree on danishes in the US being sugar on top of sugar, thank you for this recipe

Love this episode! If we weren’t road tripping to my family’s house 10 hrs away, I know what I’d be doing 😍
Looks delicious! Thank you.
A delicious episode, thank you!🙏
I live in a country that is classed as temperate. I often put dough in my bed with the electric blanket turned on to a medium setting.
Those were great tips for ways to proof a bread dough in a warm environment. Now I want the recipe for that bread. And Chris's Kolaches looked marvelous and yummy, that rich dough had to be better than a plain Danish. Chris - did you gift your FIL some baking equipment for his new house?
hmm, interesting, any rich dough I have come across, uses scalded milk with a room temp proof. I like the idea of the longer proof. Sometimes that yeast taste is too potent for sweet treats.
You put duct tape on your Kitchen Aid mixer to hide the logo?? What’s the issue, they will not give you money to use their mixer in your video? That seems like a petty thing to do.
