6500 to bahut jyada hain. Vo bhi sirf breakfast sath mai. Hum log srinagar almond villa mai ruke the waha 5ooo mai two meals plus unlimited tea cold drinks snacks. Aur vo ek dum apple cherry plum n apricot walnuts ke orchard ke beech mai tha dal lake ke facing

I had stayed in Brown Dipper house.. along the same bank.. it was 4500 per day with a very very similar interiors.. at first I thought you were at brown dipper house... Nice video!!!

Nice presentation of a picturesque resort / Homestay......But , Sunshine Tirthan demands Exorbitant/ Excessive Tariff/ Price like Oberoi / Taj 5 star Property despite not upto that level ....!!....Not only view & comfort Reasonable Tariffs also matter.....The owners seem adamant & rigid on Tariff ......Better budget properties are Available in Tirthan.......

Thanks so much and glad that you liked the video. From what I remember that WiFi was in the common area / dinning area and not accessible in rooms. You how ever can use 4G data / hotspot which is what we were using to work from there

Please tell me how is the road to the resort from Delhi NCR
The road is fine condition wise and gets a bit narrow after Aut Tunnel but tourists self drive all the time. Plan the trip with over night stop in Chandigarh or Bilaspur and avoid during monsoons. Have a good trip

Hi..this was a nice vlog. How is the road uptill the resort. It would have been great if you had shared your drive in experience too. Also is it safe to travel in 3rd week of June to this place.
Thank you for appreciating the video. The road to the resort is good but a bit narrow so one needs to be experienced with mountain driving. Travelling in June is fine, just avoid the monsoon season as land slides happen at that time otherwise its fine.

Thanks Samiul and am glad you liked the content. Summer is easily the best time to visit as the spring/summer season makes it comfortable weather. March to June is considered to be ideal, especially if you're looking for a trekking expedition. You can also explore some of the lovely green meadows and apple orchards that are prevalent in the region. The monsoon (July to September) is not an ideal time to visit Tirthan Valley because it is quite risky due to land slides. You can visit during winters / snow too but you need to have the right vehicle to reach here - a 4WD or snow tyre chains or take a local cab. Cost per night is Rs 6500 approx inclusive of taxes and breakfast.
6500 for 1 day is very expensive, इतने में 5 star hotel waise ही मिल जाएगा

@@thegoodlifewithkartik Dear Kartik, Now, the Himachal Government has been strict on the construction as the action taken in Shimla few days back. I’m quite sure no one would be given permission to construct a residential or a commercial site near the water anymore. It wasn’t permitted before as well because all this land was basically an agricultural land. I know because I have lot of land in Himachal myself and I was about to purchase piece of land right near to this property as I have been staying in Jibhi for holidays since the last 7-8 years. I’m glad I didn’t buy.
Anyways, it all man created disaster. Let’s see what plans Bhole-Nath has 🔱🙏

Thanks a lot Rajesh for appreciating the content. I was there in August and was nice and crispy cool. There is ample parking at the resort and you wont face parking issues as you normally do in vanilla hill stations. Have a good trip

Hi Ritika, the 6500 is average rate for 2 people with bfast n taxes. I think if you want to add more people, then they will chare per person for extra bed etc. If you are a large group then you can call them and strike a deal. But basically, for every extra adult increasing 2 people in a room, there will be extra charges. Go ahead and negotiate. Good luck

I had paid about 6500 per night with breakfast and taxes about 1 year ago
What about lunch and dinner?
Its available also at the resort in a buffet setup - mostly Indian food veg and they serve one non veg dish in the buffet. Cost is about 600 + per person
Hows the condition of roads? Cann we come through tempo traveller?
Roads are fine and its a beautiful drive. Gets a bit narrow once you take the right from Aut Tunnel and enter the gate towards Tirthan Valley. You can easily come with Tempo Traveller - there are HRTC Mini Buses that also ply on this route and Tempo Travellers are smaller than these 🙂

I am of the opinion that no amount of view or amenities can justify the cost of 6500/- per night. ..2000-3000 is a decent....since some people are ready to pay extra amount which encourages these home stays to charge hefty amounts...plz don't take it personal.

Thank you Sir and I am glad I helped you in making your decision. From Delhi distance is about 500 kms and the drive time will be about 12-14 hours with stoppage time. Best to do this as with a night stop in Chandigarh or likewise. For booking - please contact Mr Ankit (owner) at 94181 02083.
