  • This Milli Anthem of Pashtuns is written by the great poet and philosopher of Pashto Language Ghani Khan. He was the eldest son of Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan, famously known as Fakhr e Afghan or Bacha Khan. This anthem expresses the fiercely intense love that a Pashtun has for his soil and how he will stop at nothing to defend till his last drop of blood. It also describes that a Pashtun love for his homeland also emanates from the fact that his forefathers bled for it, and to honor their blood and sacrifice, he too can sacrifice anything, if needed.
Every Pashtun, no matter his political standing and wherever he lives, will feel goosebumbs, no matter how many times he hears it. This anthem somehow interacts, rather shakes one at the deepest, subconcious level whenever a Pashtun hears it, and therefore respects it, as is evident in the video.

I'm pashto origin. A descendant of Mughal collector Farhad khan hotak of Sylhet valley of Bangladesh 🇧🇩. I love all my pashtun brothers.

This anthem was originally written by Khan Abdul Ghani Khan, a Pakistani Pashtun Poet. It was originally sung by Sardar Ali Takkar, a Pakistani Pashtun Singer. It is not about Afghanistan, but about Pashtunistan, which comprises territories from Pakistan and Afghanistan. Do some research first.
