Obviously the buildings are different (and non existent in one case) the address blocks are still there. 360 North Rockingham. 800 block of Bundy. McDonald's on Santa Monica BLVD near 26th (where OJ and Kato went before OJ commited the murders).

    • @michaeldavis2021

      Andrew gill how the hell does your lawyer know that you are guilty? Unless you told him or her. His or her job is to defend you and give you the best defense they can and to convince the jury of your innocence. That's the defense job and nothing else. Now are there lawyers that know for certain their client is guilty oh I would have to say yes. But mainly because the defendant has confessed to his lawyers. OJ maintained from day one he was innocent listen to his interrogation he is vehement from the very time he was questioned that he was innocent. A good lawyer goes on that assertion from his client. If the lawyer thinks he's guilty he or she should refuse to represent him or her. I have a cousin who is a lawyer and his father was a judge. So I think these lawyers served OJ well.

    • @andrewgill6770
      @andrewgill6770 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@michaeldavis2021 Well I'm speaking from some spiritual and philosophical perspectives. So your points are valid, however there is no evidence that Oj was innocent just because he claimed he was. Innocent people dont run to the US border, threatening to kill themselves. They don't leave blood evidence the scene that points to their guilt. Furthermore they dont offer up weak alibis if their whereabouts on the day of the murder in question.

      Normally, attorneys are given pretty good latitude in preliminary hearings. There is no jury to influence. But yes, Shapiro is pretty much just flinging his own shit at the wall, and that is because he has virtually nothing to work with. He is, as Clark says, trying to intimidate, and he is also attempting to manufacture the appearance of inconsistency in what people have said before and are saying now, as if it makes a difference in this specific situation if Park said the person he saw was male, OR that he "couldn't tell." It was a black person who was of an approximate height and weight on OJ's property. Who the fuck is Shapiro going to say it was after "brilliantly" exposing that Park didn't say the exact same thing at different times? Who else was there, ffs? But that is the kind of thing attorneys do in such spots. When you have no case, make it a circus and try to discombobulate everyone and obfuscate the facts. That is what the entirety of the defense was in this case. It was a charade, and it was detrimental in MANY ways that affected the law, the victim's families, race relations, and society as a whole. It was pretty harmful and negative from many angles that the case played out as it did. Ito was pretty terrible, the prosecution, although generally in the right, engaged in histrionics and made multiple gaffes, and the defense was downright shameful.

      Edi2003 well, OJ seems to defend the limo driver. Believes him, but feels he maybe just didn’t notice the Bronco. I think Clarke also took an attitude towards some witnesses. You’ve watched Martinez cross examine Jodi Arias? I know what a hostile cross examination looks like. I was simply making an observation. Tbh, I may have been speaking about Clarke, not Shapiro here, but I cannot remember.

    • @pommiebears

      Edi2003 I honestly believe I was talking about Clarke. She seemed hostile to certain witnesses and that’s never good. She finished early on in this video and I believe that is why I wrote it here. I expect defense to be slightly pushy, but Clarke often did fluster her OWN witnesses. I actually like Shapiro, and him looking into the camera was hilarious all the time. If you go back, I’m sure you’ll understand why I wrote that comment. Martinez is a gun. His way of cross examination is beyond words. I LOVE HIM. But, he does the same to EVERYONE he talks to on the stand. Clarke asked for Kato to be found in contempt because he wanted to talk to his lawyer before he testified at the grand jury. I understand why the jurors didn’t exactly take to Clarke. I wouldn’t have either. Maybe I was talking about Shapiro, but it would only have been an observation at the time. I can’t remember. It is a moot point now.....but, I do love watching trials. I have a different opinion of how she killed him, and I will stick to my guns, where others refuse to believe the prosecution got it a bit wrong. Or, twisted it to get the DP. I believe she shot him first. In fact...I’d bet my life on it. The .25 she stole was old and just didn’t go through his skull. The aspiration on the mirror is from Travis aspirating from his shattered maxillary cavity. She got shocked, and got the knife. What woman robs a house to steal a gun only to use a knife? Doesn’t make sense. Awesome that a fellow Martinez supporter is on here.
      LaViolette was thrown off of her own advisory board for that performance on the stand. She lied blatantly, and the jury and her colleagues knew it. Now, she goes around talking about how she was bullied by Martinez Bahahaha.

So when the actual trial happened, OJ showed more confidence, smirking at the camera (which is awful, in my opinion), and acted out his bs by looking stunned when they grilled the cops, Fuhman, and people they questioned regarding the DNA .

    • @otherbelairdynasty9486

      It's a dumb question but... They are trying to prove he was not being accurate in his observations. He said there were 2 cars in the driveway on the property. However the defense says there was only one. A way to prove it was that a long limo would not have been able to get around two cars in the driveway. So... They needed him to establish the limo was long. Anyway.. who cares!

    It’s very simple, Heidstra heard Goldman yelling “hey hey hey” at 10:35pm, Park saw OJ at 10:45pm.. now, please tell me how anyone could think this man did it? The drive alone back to rockingham takes about 7minutes. So OJ did all this is about 3-10 minutes? LOL all other evidence was either manufactured or just inconsequential.
