How Are Event Venues Handling the Current Crisis

Rob DeVerna is the owner of two event venues in the West Michigan area, The Lit GR and Heritage Barn Co.
Needless to say the current crisis with COVID-19 and the mandatory cancellation of events has him and his team working overtime.
I wanted to know how the current situation manifested itself upon his business, what they have been able to do for clients for rescheduling or cancellations and how he's looking at the situation as an opportunity to improve his business and serve his clients better.
