Yes Crochet Happy You run the embossing folder through the Sizzix Big Shot in order to emboss the brown bag. Here's another video which shows a bit more of how the embossing folder creates the embossed effect - th-cam.com/video/3d7O0Qh2d9o/w-d-xo.html
Crochet Happy Any craft embossing machine that accepts embossing folders will work for this technique! Take a look and I'm sure you'll find machines that are affordable. Because we use our machine SO much, the Sizzix BigShot was our choice for cutting and embossing.
Funny that you copied this: th-cam.com/video/XUzR7Os08oE/w-d-xo.html even using the same embossing folder. You never gave credit for the ideas you received from your viewers on your TV show either. Sending them samples of your products isnt the same as giving them full credit for their copyrighted art that you showed as an example and then copied and transmitted as your own work and idea. Of course today, its difficult to tell where it all started with the net.
+Rayna Star Had never seen this video. Great project! I was actually inspired by my Momma Aleene's technique from the 1960 of layered brown bag and my sister's technique of textured brown bag. Happy crafting! [Tiffany Windsor]

A rolling pin also works well for embossing or sandwich the paper and embossing paper between two sheets of plywood and run them over with your car.
