This a very good review because, unlike most reviews, you accelerate up to the limiter through the gears and ride the bike flat out on the freeway. A viewer can gain an appreciation of the bike's engine and chassis performance when ridden to its potential without actually riding it. I would use a GPS to assess top speed and wouldn't rely on the bike's speedo. Some video in the twisties would also be helpful. How is vibration at freeway speeds around 80 mph if held for extended periods of time for example when cruising?
I completed 3500 miles journey in 4 days. 14 hours in one day so vibration is not a problem at all! Bike is very happy at 80-85mph cruising at freeway!
Yea, the GPS mount is ugly BUT i think its mandatory to have it if you use the bike for touring as that mount can take a wireless charger for phone + combo of your choice of 2 USB`s and can take a Garmin GPS which does not need internet to function for those roads that are poorly covered by GSM or none at all overall i think bike is really nice the only thing i don't like is that dives way too much while front braking.
@@mechcavandy986 I came from 1000CC four cylinder engine so the 95HP wasn’t enough for me but it’s a great bike! I did $3500 miles from TX to NY and back, super reliable no issues at all! I just upgraded to S1000XR because I want more power lol
I’m getting into motorcycles but i kinda don’t wanna buy a beginner bike like the G310 then have to buy another one later to step up. Would this be a somewhat easy to learn on bike?
OK an interesting review as I'm interested in this bike. But distracted by the failure to stop at the 3 'stops' after 8' 13"? Maybe it's diff in us, in UK you have to stop. Just a bit tired of reviewers adherence to safe riding? Otherwise an interesting review.....
I understand your concern, not fully stopping at stop 🛑 signs. Here in USA stop signs are treated like slow down, look around and proceed with caution lol unless you notice a cop 👮. You may be rear ended by someone else at stop signs making a full stop. Hope this helps lol Thank you.

I’m thinking of buying one this morning. I wanna trade my R9T Scrambler.
Great bike! If you are not hungry for power! All the best
What do you think?

⚠️ What a Great Review ⚠️
Hi dude, how is the heat from the engine on your legs in city trafic in hot summer days? Regards
I took the trip to north east in middle of summer and engine head is not bad at all coming from four cylinder engine. So it’s good 👍
what about wind noise in helmet ? how tall are you ?
👍, 5’9”
Why did you get rid of the s1000r?
