Dear Princy, I made the payatham paniyaram today and the inside came really well. However, the batter cracked at the top and made a mess in the oil. I made the balls tight as possible with very little hot water. What have I done wrong? My mum reckons making the batter only with rice flour might be the culprit. But yours turned out well.
Hi prab sry for the late reply ., 1) make sure to sieve the flour with out rubbing with your hands to sift the rice flour ,2) make sure not the make the batter to watery 3) make sure the oil is at the right temperature before frying., this is all I can think of ., hope this helps , thank you for your comments take care and be safe
