No flavor, maybe the salted caramel. Really hard to find a good healthy keto bar that tastes good! I like chewy and filling. Quest is just ok, not enough flavor except the 1 quest cheesecake one that is a little too sweet. I just found your channel.

I tried them both they are ok. For the new year I am starting 20 net carbs a day, down to 127 BMI is good, remember I am 60 now. 🤫

I am glad you at least liked the salted caramel one. Maybe you can zap it for a couple of seconds in the microwave to soften. I think I actually saw those at Walmart.
