I have a specific question about listing a NFT at a fixed price. When you reduce the price of the NFT you incur fees on opensea and ultimately if you cancel the listing you pay these fees.
What happens to these fees when you sell the NFT? Does the buyer or seller pay for these?
What happens to these fees when the listing expires? Are you responsible for them as the seller?
What are the differences in fees between a listing being cancelled vs. expiring?

Yeah. These questions in my mind too...
They get cancelled automatically once it sells to a different person.(no one has to pay)
There are no fees when a listing expires. Depends on which fees the 2.5% goes to Opensea as commision and depending on the royalty % of the collection that goes to project owners. You only pay gas fees if you wanna cancel a listing beforehand, that's why a 25min to 1 hour is advised if you wanna see what the market does in the upcoming hours/days
