It’s so fucking beautiful. It is. Man, i can’t do ff with the new guy singing,, idk its like prosthetic limbs. The original limbs will always be the best, the prosthetic replacements do their best to replicate what once was. On some level i think we should appreciate it that it still continues and carries on. But… its only a replica, never the exact same with the same feeling. Idk.. i tend to express myself more often while enjoying whiskey n cola 😊
I hope this isn't a repeat but I found this album in Walmart which is the first album I bought of Fear factory. This music applies to many...people and situations.
That U2 cover was pretty good too I think, Burton has a great voice for these kind of song, sucks they never released the suppossed Anthem cover by Godflesh.
Shame lead singer left...although he's been singing for a long time. If they continue to produce...it won't be the same. He deserves a break tho. He's earned it
This era was underrated. Archetype was my favorite record of theirs but this was a solid release if they had mixed it better and put Empire on the record like they were supposed to.
Lmao was literally thinking when seeing the thumbnail of this video "sporting the Jonathan Davis look" and the first comment I see says the same exact thing.

Don’t people listen to the cd’s anymore? I still have all of mine. I kind of like having albums that are rare and can’t just be streamed. I guess I understand if you didn’t buy the album when it was new and it went out of print though...
Since it was released on a now defunct label and all the legal shenanigans around the band, I imagine there is difficulties with copyrights for this album.
What the fuck happened too this album after the first 2 song's,i went to this tour in the u.k and burton gave me a t.shirt when i passed him this album to sign lol, they hated it i'm sorry to tell the fan's who like it.
Whether you wanna admit it or not, transgression is a shitty album😂 I had no problem with the lineup at that time. Christian was a badass bassist and guitarist. BUT there are only like 4 or 5 songs that could've been good with better production. The rest are boring ass filler songs. Hell, even the band members admitted they only made this album for a paycheck😂 And in the documentary you can tell they were just not motivated to make it🤷♂️@@nelsonduarte1979
So I noticed that the lead guitar player has strings 1-4 or as others would say the high E to D all bunched up together on the tailpiece. Is this something that helps the sound of his guitar or rather something done to fix a problem with guitar?
Guess thats for additional unwanted string voicings reduction. Seems like because of this guitar body high resonant characteristics thin strings used to make some noises Chris wanted to cut off - all of these strings are quite thin, so it always enough energy to make them ring here and there. Or he thinks it looks cool for some reason :)
Camera angle on his 7-string Jackson V, that's why the strings look bunched up. If you were to look at it from the front, you'd see the holes through the body for the strings are where they should be.
Ya tenia que aparecer un ruso con sus ignorancias. Andate a poner vacunas truchas mejor. Nosotros con el power metal de FF y el Corona andamos bien por acá.
I see what you mean, but Lars snare was more in your face. That being said I love St. Anger haha. I feel like this snare sound was fairly popular in that that late 90's early 2000's time period. Maybe I'm wrong.

I miss this line up...
I wish Ray, Christian, and Burt could work things out. Christian was too good on guitar to be relegated to bass with random bands.
Because of legal issues, this line up maybe cannot reunite.

Please rerelease this! It was around when I was going through some fucked up shit just like the band. This was therapy then and we need it now.

This record is easily their weakest. That said, there are some decent hooks on here. Burton carried this album by far with his melodies.
XD no. After Demanufacture dino played same riff almost every time. Archetype and Transgression are last musical progression of this band.
@@jakubsopot6352 Imo Archetype and Transgression was there best work .
