Doctor Steel was very interesting as a character, as he represents the very corporate threat that plagues our lives today. He addresses fear and basically uses it as a plug-in for his website. So what if its crazy for his plan to work? Its good to hope for things even if you cant reach them. And in the long shot it does work, well then. Now I wonder is what if ShadowXII is just a test for the Toy Soldiers to prove themselves on?
