i thought we were in 1 of the better areas of the drought in ohio. i talked to the guys in the pits while dumping. they were upset about the harvest, they called it disastrous. lots of 25 bu/ac farm averages for sybeans. no basis moves yet. i know i've come up with 33 bushels on a few smaller fields. looks like under 40 is our running avg, 36-37. is my guess, which is way down from 59 last year and what usda wet dreams are of realized numbers. but hey they have the same mandates as fema. cheap food and stay in power.
With Trump my expenses were not up 400%. I could afford to eat out, gas and diesel was cheap, and I could afford to go to the grocery store.
