As a Liverpool fan there was no man I hated more growing than SAF, however there was never a man I respect more in the game

@@gerardwilliams4550 what an idiotic comment, winning a domestic championship and winning the European Cup are two very different things. One is a consistency marathon, the other can be completely turned on its head in 5 minutes during a single game.
Chelsea won the PL 3 times in the years leading up to them winning the Champions League. Real Madrid won 4 Champions Leagues while only winning one La Liga title. Spurs got to the final despite not winning anything relevant for literal decades.
I just want Sir Alex to see United lift that Prem title one more time before he leaves us all for eternity.
That wont be enough to pay reverence to the all time greatest manager. Only a treble could do that but how we are currently, a league title is what we can only hope for maybe in 4 years or so.
With the current performance, that will be impossible.

It’s been long forgotten now, but I remember in December 2012 when Ferguson flew to NYC for dinner with Guardiola. I’m still adamant to this day it was to see if he’d take over in June 2013.

The only regret I have as a Manchester United fan is the fact that SAF didn't leave a solid foundation for his successor which resulted our rapid decline, none the less he is the biggest footballing figure in Manchester United's history
He actually did. His mistake was thinking Moyes could cut it. But Moyes over did everything. He fired/replaced many backroom staff that formed the backbone of the club.

Everyone talks about the manager’s job at United, but the problem is the CEO, without a proper director who has a grasp of the game (not just the business) and a clear solid vision, clubs fail.
Trust me, even if United had Guardiola or Klopp, it wouldn’t really matter.

When I was growing up in the 90's If your team could finish above Utd you were pretty much guaranteed on winning the Premier League. Now if you finish above Utd, you might just squeeze into the last Champions League place.

As a 20 year old Manchester United fan I grew up watching Man U win all the time. Now I'm older and understand more about football and the phycology of it I think we just need a leader and I think its needed more on the pitch then off it. Someone like Roy Keane. Pogba needs to leave and hopefully the board will back Ole to buy some all rounded players that will fit his style of playing. Ole is not to blame in my opinion. And I think many people will disagree with me 😂

No he would produce a atmospere around him (not only him, but with all players) that allows him to play all his strenghts. Look at most of his France performances. He feels well in this team and plays accordingly. That is what differs a good manager from a great manager. A good manager has all the knogledge, a great manager can work with it.
With Fergie this situation would never had come so far at it has. Pogba wouldnt have fallen out of grace by the fans and he wouldnt be so unhappy at United. Thus making the fans not unhappy with him.
