Apparently, the zero knowledge part of ZK-SNARKs is the easy part. The hard part is the S, succinct.
How do ZKPs get added to blockchains? I don't understand the mechanisms at play or at what point a ZKP becomes part of the chain.
for example zcash or mina protocol

The data that goes into Zero Knowledge proofs is still visible to the nodes that computes on it right?
Not unless there is some form of private data computation protocols implemented at the same time, I guess? Zk proofs are only solving 1 aspect of privacy...and not the most crucial, according to him.
No. You give your score, but not give any info on how many shots you took or steals blocks dunks minutes played. All that is kept to yourself. Your score is fed into groups that can then be analyzed. There's no way to tell who's score is who's or how it came about.
Outside world may not know who transfers money to whom, but bank insiders know, and they get an unfair advantage when it comes to issuing loans. Also we would like to know where taxes and other forms of public money get transfered to.

AI deciding taxation policy would be horrendous. We've seen the problems with AI already, for example with the social media user-engagement optimisations leading to increased division and hatred between people. AI is amoral and shouldn't be relied upon to make decisions.
Depends on the model parameters and the overall logic, so transparency is key.
