I think Loki would love/be terrified of Wanda if they had ever met because she's a very powerful and beautiful woman who's felt like a freak and villain, but also she could kick his scrawny ass half way to Helheim and back and call him out on his deception bs in a wink. It's a shame they never did meet. It would have been SO interesting to see them interact. But in the scene where Wanda tells Loki every man shows himself, he makes an illusion of him as a boy which causes Wanda to remember they used to be friends as children. That’s why there was the Lily and Snape scene kid scene, it was a memory.
